Shoalwater Condominiums is awesome with plenty of amenities to enjoy including; an outdoor pool, indoor pool, outdoor kiddie pool, tennis courts, fitness room, grilling area, outdoor shower, indoor hot tub and fantastic boardwalk to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Location is great as well, close to shopping, dining, and lots of fun in the sun. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand. You will not be disappointed nor will you find this level of luxury anywhere for this price!

We stayed here in our last vacation and it was wonderful. The condo is right on the beach, the directions for check in and out were easy to follow. The condo looks like the pictures and everything was great. The only thing that we noticed is two rooms had a luggage rack but one didn't and there wasn't really anywhere to put the luggage in the room Other than the floor. Beds were comfortable and everything was easy to use and find! Would stay here again.

Our family of 8 loved this unit! The separation of the master and living areas from the kids bedrooms allowed us our “own” space when we needed it. The balcony was our favorite place to hang out. It provided privacy from neighbors and sturdy furniture. The beach access is literally like walking to the end of your driveway. The unit provided oversized carts to make it easy transporting luggage and groceries to and from the unit. Easily accept restaurants, Walmart and dollar general. Easy parking.

Great unit, plenty of space. Location was ideal, right in the middle of the main strip but easy to get anywhere. Parking was easy and the amenities (pools, hot tubs, sports courts) were great. Beach was easily accessible! We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Relaxing Stay

We loved the roomy condo! It was clean and the beds were very comfortable! The only downsides were there is no ice machine for the fridge but we found some ice trays to make it. The dishwasher did not work and the tvs were hard to figure out bc there was no guide or smart tv features. Other than those few things, the condo was nicely decorated and the beach access amazing! We loved our stay!

The stay was everything!! A home away from home. The view was perfect the condo was so beautiful just as I saw on the app & this is a place That I would not mind staying again and the only small problem was a few sockets didn't work but simple fix we unplug the lamp to charge our phones but just as we came in that's how we left it as we check out except 😩I forgot to put away the pots that was in the dish washer after cleaning them but it was a very nice place to stay & relax on the balcony watching the beach as the sun rise the view it was amazing & my kids enjoyed every bit of it so thanks so much for everything cause it was our first family vacation ever❤️❤️❤️

What a great find. We booked last-minute, and from the second we did, the communication and service from Beach Getaways was exceptional. The condo location is perfect, just steps from the beach. The pictures listed do not do it justice. The view of the ocean from the large size balcony is breathtaking, and being on a high floor enhanced it. The Condo was a lot larger inside than we expected, very spacious. It was just two of us, but it could easily and comfortably accommodate a larger group or family. Furnishings were nice and modern, kitchen had everything we needed. There is both an outdoor pool that overlooks the ocean, and a separate indoor pool that has a workout facility. When we arrived there was a nice gentleman at the guard shack. He was so nice and helpful and took the time to welcome us and give us a quick rundown of the facilities. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this unit. Thanks again to the staff for the great communication and hospitality.

This is our 2nd time to stay at Shoalwater. It has been kept up over the past few years and did not disappoint. Clean room, great view from balcony that overlooks the pool and beach. So many restaurants and places to shop within minutes.

We enjoyed being right on the beach, of course. Access was easy. The entire property was spotless and beautiful, from pool to landscaping to walkways. I didn’t cook one time, so I could not speak to much in the kitchen other than storage. :) The only complaint we had was the fact that walkway lights shine bright into the guest bedroom, even with the blinds closed. A nice upgrade to the unit would be blinds that really darken the rooms at night. Thanks for a great stay!

This condo has an excellent view of the gulf where u can hear the waves hitting. It is a very spacious and comfortable unit. My family of 4 plus a small dog. will definitely be back very soon when the ocean or weather warms up 😊. It was worth every penny!!

We all loved this condo! This was a mom trip with our teens and it was convenient to everything we wanted and needed to do. Very clean and beautiful views! Particularly liked that the master was off from the other 2 bedrooms. The property was well kept and updated. Would definitely be back!

Condo was updated, right on the beach and conveniently located (close to everything). Beautiful views, especially sunrises. Convenient walk way to beach. Grills at pool area were cleaned daily! Overall - great condo. Would definitely stay here again!

We were very happy with our condo! Great balcony for watching the ocean and sitting on through the rain. Loved the area. Great place for families. Never heard any noise from any other guests. The condo was great too! Had a couple of broken items when checked in but that was fixed, quickly! Very comfortable beds. Loved the couch and chairs! Had a great time even with thunderstorms a few days. Easy access to the beach was a favorite also! Definitely will stay again!

We loved this property. The interior has recently been redone and was very nice (updated since the pictures on the site). The condo is just steps away from the beach and has a great view of the Gulf. The balcony has some really nice heavy duty chairs and a table for enjoying the view. We ate breakfast out there several mornings. The location is just minutes away from restaurants and grocery stores. We had a great meal one evening at GT's and enjoyed hand dipped ice cream from Sweet Cone Alabama. On the last night we even BBQ'd on the grills by the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfy beds. Every convince I could imagine. Indoor pool was closed for several days of our stay and elevator issues most day which is the reason for great not exceptional rating. Would definitely stay here again though. Felt like home away from home. Great for families as well!

My family stayed here the week of July 4th. There were 9 of us and this unit was a perfect fit since the couch folded out into a bed for the kids. T The rooms were nice and clean. There were 3 sliding glass doors with very nice furniture on the patio. Beach front view to sit out for hours and watch the waves while the kids slept. A short walk to the beach and nice clean pool area. Nice restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay there again!

My family stayed in this condo the first week of May 2018. The condo was everything that we had seen on the website. Very clean with the most awesome view of the gulf. On our flight home we were already talking about going back. I would recommend #904 Shoalwater to everyone!

We stayed 2 weeks in this unit and it was wonderful. The beach area is my favorite area now. The dolphins would swim by almost every morning. There was a sea turtle nest on our walk to the beach. Some minor things would be a more thorough cleaning as in the baseboards and we had trouble finding outlets that worked. Other than that, we had an event free 2 weeks, just relaxation. Thank you for everything!

Few minor issues that are so easy to fix-lights out over stove & multiple small holes in wall where pictures or something was hanging! That is such an easy fix!!

What a great stay. The condo was great. Lots of room and outstanding views. My wife and I loved drinking coffee in the mornings on the balcony. Both the inside and outside pools are great, and it is extremely easy to get to and from the beach. Here are some outstanding restaurants we visited: Luna's, Fisher's, and GT's. I highly recommend this family friendly location.

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. Just the right size for us. TVs in every room so everyone was happy on the couple rainy days we had. The washer and dryer were a great plus. Right on the beach, great view. Quiet area (compared to Gulf Shores). Close enough to stores and restaurants. Great to make breakfast and then eat on the patio. Chairs for rent right on the beach outside.
