The condo was beautiful, location was prefect. The balcony was amazing and we spent a lot of time out there! This was our first time renting a condo so it was a little surprising that there were no basic necessities, like coffee filters, salt and pepper etc. But we made a trip to Walmart and all was well! I’m sure we will be back!!

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay once we arrived. We had an issue with the floor's cleanliness night one, but Beach Getaways sent the cleaners out very promptly to reclean the floors. We had plenty of space for our group of 9 and so much to do within walking distance! We will 100% try to book here again in the future!

We were two couples and an adult child. The condo was spacious and met our needs perfectly. The view from the balcony was just great. The outdoor pool was cool so we used the indoor pool and hot tub many times. All of the Beach Getaways staff we interacted with were helpful and friendly. We had an issue with one of the smoke detectors and they sent someone over promptly. Easy parking in the attached parking garage. Our only issue was the ice maker quit working and we bought a bag of ice in the pool area. I would rent it again.

We really enjoyed our stay - the condo kitchen was stocked with everything you could imagine! The living room was spacious and so was the balcony overlooking the ocean. We would love to stay again! Each room had its own bathroom and the water slide into the pool was a big hit with the kids! Loved that the complex had shopping carts to help bring up groceries too!

Gulf Shores Vacation

The property was wonderful. It was as listed; clean, comfortable, roomy, and had everything needed. Our favorite was being right on the beach but also having access to two pools. We enjoyed the balcony with ocean view as well! There were also plenty of dining and shopping places nearby. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this listing to a friend and definitely plan a return trip in the future.

Almost hesitant to give a great rating as it might make it tougher to get rent this property again, which we TOTALLY would like to do. We had 2 minor issues. First the Kitchen Sink Faucet was loose when we checked in. Very minor to us but, wanted to make sure we weren't on the hook for it. A quick call and a Beach Getaways Maintenance Tech was out and had it fixed within an hour. Secondly, neither my wife nor I slept great in the Master BR. I'm not sure of the mattress type but, it was much to soft and unsupportive for us. But Hey! Not our condo and maybe the owners love it. It would not stop us from renting again. Overall it was the nicest condo we've had in many visits to the Gulf Shores/Destin area and we'd give it a 9.8 of 10 stars.

Our condo was absolutely beautiful. There was plenty of space for my 2 adult children and their significant others, our grandson and my husband and me. We were surprised by all the space. We had plenty of room on the balcony and seating for everyone inside and out. The pool and water slide were well maintained. The location of the condo was situated in a great part of Gulf Shores with easy access to restaurants and the grocery. Our beach access was easy to get to and not overtaken by condo beach chairs. Had plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the beach and not be on top of others. The beach was kept very clean! We loved it and can’t wait to come again, and I would choose Phoenix Gulf Shores for our next stay too! Thanks!! Also, Beach Getaways was very attentive checking in and updating us on the hurricane that was coming, So great to stay with people that truly want you to have a great time and be safe! Thanks!!!

The location of the condo was great. The living room furniture could use a deep clean but overall comfortable. The beds were very comfortable too. The kitchen had everything you needed besides tongs. I liked the pictures on cabinets and labeled light switches. Great idea!! The communication with Beach Getaways was excellent. From initial reservation thru checkout. 2nd time renting from their agency and would highly recommend.

Our trip and stay was perfect. Very clean and had everything we needed. Having three rooms with their own bathrooms spoiled us. Had an issue with the dryer which would have required a three day part so owners brought a whole new dryer that day instead of making us wait. Say a lot about the ownership. Great views and great location. If your like me, you never know when reading reviews if they are legit or not. Trust me, you can't go wrong with this place.

Very nice condo on the 17th floor. Had a Great time. Was worried about elevator waits being on the 17th floor, but Never had to wait long at all. Condo was spacious for our group of 6. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was very nice. Only 15-20 minute walk to many shops and restaurants. Check in and out was very easy.

Phoenix Gulf Shores is the best. Unit 1702 is the very best unit we have ever stayed in. Thank you to the owners for allowing us to enjoy their condo. The staff on the front desk are fantastic. They take great care of their guest. We have been going to Gulf Shores for 7 years. However I'm sorry to say this was our last year. Inflation will not allow us to enjoy the Small city with the big beautiful beach. Thanks to all.

Rented for family overflow that came into town for my fathers memorial service. It was so nice and very nicely decorated. Comfy beds! We really enjoyed ourselves and would recommend it to family and friends. We have rented many times at the Phoenix on the Bay and in others in Orange Beach, but I really liked being on West Beach. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool too. Thank you!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay here! Arrived to a very clean condo. We were a little hesitant to book based on some reviews stating elevator issues since we were staying on the 17th floor, but all 4 worked well the entire time! Beds are comfortable. The views were amazing! We loved watching the sunrise and sunset each day, and saw dolphins often. The condo is close to everything, but located in a quiet area so we enjoyed peaceful morning walks down side roads in rural areas, as well as on the beach. Would definitely stay again!!

Our overall stay was super and 1702 as well as the condo complex was exceptional. Plenty of room for me and my wife and daughter and son-in-law and two grandchildren to stretch out in the room. TVs in all bedrooms and in the den allowed everyone to have their own personal viewing options. The location of the condo is good and the views from the oversized balcony are breathless. The unit was very clean and well equipped. The management staff was very friendly and helpful.

This was our 2nd time in Gulf Shores... first time at the Phoenix. We absolutely loved the unit. Our overall stay was great! No complaints. The location was fine. It wasn't too far to walk with kids. If we were any farther down, we probably wouldn't have been able to walk to restaurants and shops. The unit was very clean! We loved the decor. We never had to call the rental place but they were helpful in the process getting the room and payments. We also loved the beach access from the condo. Our kids loved both pools! We would definitely stay here again! I think I found a new time to go to Gulf Shores...September. No lines to wait in. Only problem during this month, which we found out. Are the jellyfish. We never got stung but you had to watch where you were walking. Thanks for a wonderful time! We loved it!! We weren't ready to leave! Jessica

My family and I went down for a week and it was great. Enjoyed the workout area the beach and the slide in the pool. Make sure you know the parking passes are $35 each. Other than that it was great.
