The condo was very spacious. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable compared to other condos where we have stayed (we have been going to the Alabama gulf coast for over 30 years). We have no complaints. We would stay again if we decide to stay in OB instead of GS.

Lovely Condo with great view

Phoenix VII complex is very nice and clean with modern facilities. 4 fast elevators minimize waits. The boardwalk to the beach was well maintained. Our unit 409 is nicely laid out. Comfortable king bed and nice master bath and walk-in shower. The balcony view was great, directly looking at the gulf. There are 4 nice Adirondack chairs on the balcony. There is an ice machine in the kitchen and the coffee maker is a combination pot brewer as well as a keurig pod brewer. The only fault I might find is that the living room furniture is somewhat old and worn - not very comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful unit! Real clean and organized! Walking distance to the beach is short and easy! The only thing this beautiful unit is missing is a lime squeezer LOL…. We will definitely come back because Orange Beach is our favorite beach!

We only had a weekend here but it was amazing. The condo was perfect for our family. It is decorated very nice and had everything we needed. The beach view was awesome from the living area and the master bedroom. We loved the indoor and outdoor pools, and the hot tubs. The entrance is beautiful and the staff was very nice. We hope to stay in this unit again soon for a longer period!

Had an enjoyable stay at Phoenix 7 Unit 409. Condo was very clean with an amazing view and fully stocked kitchen. Very comfortable and contained everything needed for a home away from home getaway. Great location, convenient to restaurants and shopping. Property is just as described. Furniture and linens were dated, but overall, really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay at this condo again. Easy to reserve, no issues with management company and appreciate all of the emails and texts regarding my reservation and check-in/check-out procedures.

The view of the beach and sounds of the ocean was exceptional. The condo was cleaner than I thought it would be. The ice maker was a great touch. Beds was comfortable, loved the purple master bedroom and bath. There was some noise but, no more than expected considering the amount of people. If I complained of anything it would be that I only found one washcloth but that was an easy fix. It was a very much needed 3 day stay, I will definitely stay again.

Condo was the perfect size, very clean & a great location above the pool. The Phoenix management staff was awesome. Loved all the security and having staff available til 11pm. Will definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at this unit, the condo was well Stocked & clean. We had a minor plumbing problem but it was taken care if within just a few minutes of reporting it. Check in was a breeze as we were sent our door code ahead of time. Beach Getaways seem to do a great job with customer service.

The condo was exactly as represented. Nice and colorful decor. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only drawback for my husband and I was the noise from the pool. Being on the fourth floor, we had a lot noise from a.m. to 11p.m. probably wouldn’t bother people with children.
