We had a wonderful time and found the condo to be very well maintained and taken care of. We had absolutely zero issues and we didn't know what to expect as far as size wise because we were a family of 10 going. But we had plenty of space and beds for everyone. This was our first time at The Phoenix VI. We enjoyed our stay! Kitchen fully equipped with everything you need. However the coffee pot single serve wasn't working properly, no big deal we brought extra options for coffee. Plenty of seating in living room and kitchen and on patio! Condo was nice and clean and well furnished. Thank you for our stay!

The condo and location were perfect! The only inconvenience was we were told we couldn’t use the master shower for the last 24 hours of our stay due to a plumbing issue, so 5 people how’d to shower in hallway bath for the last day.

We had a great vacation at this unit. Wonderful location, clean unit and friendly staff. No complaints. I would request a smoking section in the pool area for the many smoking customers since smoking on balcony is not allowed. I would also request the restrooms be cleaned other than busy hours of use.

Fall Getaway

The condo was in a great location. We were able to visit the Pensacola Naval Air Station within 35-40 minutes and watch the Blue Angels practice. Great variety of restaurants and choices of golf courses. There was plenty of room and being able to sit and watch the waves or watch the boats in the canal on the two decks was nice. Great trip!

Very nice unit and property. Plenty of room for 2 families. Indoor and outdoor pool, charcoal grills available for grilling and floaties for the kids at the pool. Restaurants are also very close by. I would definitely return to this location.

Went down to Orange Beach for my Commencement Ceremony to receive my Master's degree. My parents, daughter and her husband, and my son that's in the Navy was all able to come. The condo is very beautiful, perfect size for us. I was so happy that it didn't have 2 twin beds and it actually had 2 queen beds in the 3rd bedroom! It was easy to find, the pool was clean, and there were 3 hot tubs! I loved this condo and will be recommending it to my friends and family.

This condo exceeded all our expectations. Everything seemed to be brand new and updated, the condo was spacious 3 bedrooms with 4 large beds! Everyone was so comfortable and the views were phenomenal! Beaches were clean and water gorgeous! It wasn’t crowded like some of the popular Florida beaches. It was well worth it as we do a beach vacation yearly, we’d love to stay here again!!! Favorite condo we’ve rented, perfection!

Our condo was just perfect for my family. It was clean and the floor plan worked well for us. If I could make only one suggestion, it would be to provide a higher speed WiFi. While I was there I needed to do some work on computer and it took so much of my time due to slow internet. If you can leave your work at home, this place is great.

At the last minute I booked this clean and spacious condo. It was awesome because of the full kitchen, 2 balconies (one beach side and one bay side), the 3 bedrooms and 2 baths were perfect for us. Beach access is quick and easy. I love the fact that this property has pool inside and out, tennis courts and a racketball court. I would highly recommend this updated condo to any friends or family.

After staying in numerous condos over the years, I can say this one is the best. Superb decorating, elegant furnishings, two balconies; one with a great view of the back waters and the Perdido Pass bridge and the main balcony overlooking the Gulf. This location is the best in terms of things to see and do within walking distance. The rental staff was so good to work with and keyless entry made our stay a breeze. The condo was well equipped and very clean. We will book this unit again in October and Christmas!
