We had a great experience at phoenix V. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Our granddaughter loved the splash pad area and pool. Definitely a family friendly place. Beach Getaways was great providing us with updates about our trip and answering any questions we had. It is located in a great area close to grocery stores and restaurants Will definitely come back again!

This was our first time staying at Phoenix V and we will definitely come back. Very family friendly. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were all great with any questions we had. Our granddaughter loved the splash pad area. The location was close to great restaurants and to grocery stores.

We always love our vacation in Orange Beach! Phoenix V has a great location on the beach and Unit 612 has been our favorite choice for several years. We like the bright, beachy decor with plenty of room for our family and friends. We appreciate upgrades in the past couple years including a new refrigerator, living room sofa and rug, and vanities in the bathrooms.

We enjoyed our stay, the condo was comfortable and clean. However, the elevators, there was almost always a line and one was down multiple times in the days we were there. The splash pad which was one of the major reasons we picked staying there was down the last two days we were there. Besides that, it was great.

The only issue occurred within minutes of our arrival on the chilly evening. When we turned the heating unit on, it smelled like something burning, and the smoke detector alarmed. We spent the cool night under blankets with no heat. The maintenance man came the next morning, and we were comfortable during the remainder of our stay. The condo was clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the beach. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Everything was great, great location, great view and great booking experience. The only minor thing I can say is the bathrooms and kitchen ( cookware) need to be updated however this did not affect our stay and we enjoyed our stay.

We decided on this property due to the spacious beach front and amenities, large outdoor pool, large indoor pool, and 3 hot tubs, not to mention, racquet ball, basketball, tennis and shuffle board. We had plenty of space although we only had 4 staying. Everything was clean, no issues. The property management was super helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

My family and I really loved the space and location! There is usually a condensed floor plan for condos of this size to maximize the space, but this unit felt very open and was well laid out. The appliances were nice - microwave and Kuerig hybrid coffee maker were very new. Beds were all comfortable. I have never rented a unit where I didn’t talk to someone as part of the rental or checkin/checkout process, but it was surprisingly easy. I also saw that there was a management office just down the road from the Phoenix units itself, if I did need to speak with someone directly. Definitely keeping this unit on my list for next time. Great stay!

Lovely condo in a great location

This property was perfect for our family vacation to Orange Beach. The condo offered 4 beds in three bedrooms and two full baths. The large balcony overlooking the pool and beach was perfect for morning coffee and relaxing in the evening. The splash pool and outdoor pool were perfect for the kids. We will be back to this unit in one month for another stay. We loved it!

Thought unit 612 was great for my family of 4. Loved having 3 bedrooms. Kitchen had all the appliances you could need. View was great from balcony- it overlooked beach and the far end of the swimming pool. Pool was open til 11 pm but it wasn’t too noisy. I really thought the stay was great and love the amenities of the unit and the building itself. They have shopping carts and rolling racks to get your stuff up to the room. We didn’t have much trouble waiting long times for the elevator (have read a lot of reviews complaining about elevators but it was fine for us)

The condo is well equipped with a beautiful view. Plenty of room for a large group. The veranda furniture is very comfortable. We enjoyed using it. Love being right on the beach with an ocean view. All bedrooms have a TV which makes it nice for privacy when you need it. I was so bummed out when we had to leave early due to Hurricane Delta. Would highly recommend.

We loved our stay at the Phoenix V. The condo was roomy and in good condition. Easy access to the beach, the staff at The Phoenix was available but non intrusive. Our kids LOVED the splash pad. Pool was large and plenty of BBQ pits for all. We will be back.

My sister and I brought our 88 year old parents to visit the Gulf Shores area once again. They haven't been to this area in 10 years. Our stay at Phoenix 5 was exceptional. Our condo was very spacious and the beds were awesome. We were up every day by 6:30 a.m. to enjoy the beautiful sunrises. I would highly recommend this condo.

Unit 612 has a great view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Plenty of space for our group and good storage. The unit was clean and Beach Getaways was great to work with. The staff at Phoenix V was nice. We would rent this unit again!

We stayed here about a week ago and loved our room and amenities. We had a house full and really enjoyed our stay. Beds were clean and comfy! Air conditioner worked great, had plenty of kitchen stuff (plates, silverware, appliances). Great view!! Pool was clean and the kids loved the splash pad. Just a few steps and your on the beach. Only complaint is sometimes it takes a while for an elevator especially in the mornings when everyone is going out for the day. But it wasn't a deal breaker. Lots of convenient places near b y for food and shopping. And less than 10 minutes to Gulf Shores. Great place! Would highly recommend. Oh yeah and the condo was so nice and clean and had really cute decor :)

Condo was well furnished with excellent amenities, including one of the larger outdoor pools in the area, 2 saunas, a racquetball court, and children's splash pad. Location was fantastic. Only complaint was the internet speed.

We loved this unit. Phoenix V is close to the beach but also has indoor/outdoor pool and splash pad. This made it perfect for our three kids. It was close to all of the great restaurants and convenience stores. The unit was comfortable and had everything we needed in the kitchen.. The service was great. We ended up adding an extra night to our week and all it took was a 3 minute phone call and we were good to go! We will definitely be back!

The grandson's baseball World Series brought us to the beach once again. The location of this property was ideal for access to the area ballparks, local eateries, and of course the beach. Everyone also enjoyed the pool, and the little ones had loads of fun at the pirate splash pad. This unit on the sixth floor offered a good view from the balcony, and meant not having as long a wait for the elevators (usually), or the option of using the stairs. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this Beach Getaways to others.

OMG The property description, location, layout and all the amenities described were just as it said and more! When we walked into the condo WOW we were blown away at how accurate the description was and the VIEW was PHENOMENAL!!!! The upkeep of the property was immaculate, no complaints at all! The owner was fantastic relaying all information needed to gain access to the property as well as directions. We would more than recommend this property WE WILL BE RETURNING!!! We were there to attend my Mom's graduation from CSU and family vacation of 3 days - we enjoyed the Wharf, dinner at Doc's - great food, and the kids loved the Fun Arcade but the best was the white pristine beach and the water was so relaxing. We also enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools, the kiddie splash area and the hot tubs. You can't go wrong at this location WE ARE IN LOVE!!!
