We really enjoyed our stay, despite the huge number of people trying to stay happy during the many double red flag days. This property offers so many nice options that there was almost always something available to do. Loved the lazy river and my grandson really enjoyed the large indoor pool. The gym is wonderful…though the machines and tvs could use some upkeep maintenance. The parking garage and the proximity to the elevators that it provided was one of our favorite aspects of the property. The condo itself is huge and well maintained. The whirlpool tub in the master bath was relaxing. The balcony and its furnishings were perfect. Definitely highly recommend

Furnishings as pictured. This unit is spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. The balcony furniture is comfortable and provides ample seating. The unit was extremely clean, plenty of towels and starter supplies. All items were in great working order. We will certainly stay again.

Great Family Getaway

The unit was very easy to access, had a great layout that fully utilized each space, and had all of the amenities of home. Private walkway to a beautiful beach or the option of utilizing one of the pool areas, lazy river, water slide, or for smaller children there was a splash pad. Great for families of all ages and sizes.

Condo was larger than I thought. We took our 4 boys, 3 of which play HS football = big goys. There was more than enough room. Line for slide can get long & the elevator can take a while. But the property is beautiful, beautiful view, & front gate staff was very helpful! Donut shop right across the road. I'd rent the chairs in front of condo, on the beach, EARLY. Not much room to set your own stuff up unless you walk a good ways. Every room has a private bath & there was an extra bathroom in the hall. Best condo that we've ever stayed in!

Out condo exceeded our expectations. We had an amazing view of the ocean with patio glider rockers for everyone. The condo was very spacious and felt like home. Everyone had their own rooms to do their own things and then we were able to gather in the living room and spend time together. We will definitely be back!

This condo was perfect for our adult children and 2little grandbabies. All bedrooms had private baths, plus extra full bath with great washer/ dryer. Spacious living room and dining area. Well stocked kitchen including a Keurig K-duo plus kraft coffee pot - makes both single or 12 cups. Very sturdy, comfortable, plentiful deck outdoor furniture with gliding Adirondack chairs, foot rests, and small eating table. Highly recommend

Our condo was great! Plenty of room for our family. We had everything we needed. Balcony views were awesome. Kids enjoyed the pools, lazy river and slide. Beach was great and chair service was awesome. The guys setting up were very courteous. Only complaint we had were the elevators. For such a large building, there are only 6 elevators (1 elevator lobby). We, and other guests, waited 15 minutes plus for an elevator each time. Guests were getting in elevators whether going up or down just to catch an elevator. Maybe certain elevators can be programmed for certain floors?

We had the best vacation! The condo was very clean and absolutely perfect! We had a beautiful view of the ocean. The indoor pool/hot tubs were a great option on colder days. The lazy river and pool with the water slide were a big hit for the kids! Easy access to the beach with friendly staff members working on the beach. We will definitely be rebooking! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had two families go down. 9 people in all. The rooms were spacious and there was plenty of seating for everyone. The beds were very comfortable. We had no problems with any of the electronics or appliances. Location is wonderful and the pool areas were a big hit with the 5 kids ranging in age from 5 to 14. I would definitely go to this unit and this building again.

Awesome Spring Break

My family and I loved the condo. Perfect location and amazing views. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony watching the sun rise, listening to the surf and watching the pods of dolphins as they swam by and played each day. The condo is perfectly located near many of the area’s best restaurants, attractions and shopping. The accommodations were also top notch. We enjoyed the pools, saunas, hot tubs, and lazy river when we weren’t basking in the sun on the beach. The unit was very clean and everything was in working order. The staff at the complex were all very friendly. The only inconvenience was the long waits at the elevators.

We had a fantastic stay in Unit 2806 of Phoenix West II. The view from above the beach was gorgeous, with plenty of gulf breezes and soothing waves. The elevators in building were never slow, broken down, or unavailable -- which is a dream in these kinds of high rises. The lobby and hallways are expansive with lots of panoramic views of the area. Everything in our unit was clean, in good condition, and working well. We were able to find everything we needed throughout the stay, and there were luxuries we didn't have time to enjoy, like the fully-outfitted wet bar. We had three families staying together, and the three master bedrooms were perfect for us -- with an additional full bath and laundry in the hall that also came in handy. There was plenty of comfortable seating both in the living area and on the balcony. The amenities of Phoenix West II were outstanding and enjoyed by all. The beach and pools were kept clean and beautiful, and we really loved the lazy river. There is also an indoor/covered pool area that is expansive and quite enjoyable when the rain blows in. We didn't need to interact much with rental staff while there, other than initially getting our parking passes and wristbands, but all staff that we encountered were professional and friendly. We will definitely return!

Perfect spot for a Girls Weekend

We loved the condo and beach at Phoenix West 2. We had 7 ladies for a low-key bachelorette trip and loved this unit in particular because it has wonderful decor and also lounge furniture (as opposed to a dining set) on the balcony.

The unit was well equipped with everything we needed and we did utilize the blender, separate ice machine, filtered fridge water, crock pot, toaster, etc.

For a short stay the unit provides enough toilet paper and has a small set of toiletries in each bathroom. I would suggest to renters to buy some additional dishwasher soap, laundry detergent and paper towels. Also don't forget dawn/dishsoap!
