The Enclave is a family-friendly beachfront resort that is in the heart of Orange Beach, AL and is within walking distance of fine-dining and shopping. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of sugary sand beaches.

No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
Pets are NOT allowed.
Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

The location was ideal! Close to everything , convenient to grocery stores, shops, restaurants and of course the beach! Loved being able to walk out on the balcony and watch the waves. Our kids loved being able to walk downstairs and to the beach. Condo was clean.

Our family our six stay at the Enclave this week. The condo was on the smaller side (which I loved). You didn’t have to wait long for elevators, there is a community closet with beach toys and chairs, and the condo was centrally located to everything in Orange Beach. We loved that we could walk to so many places without having to drive. Beach Getaways made the process clear and smooth from start to finish. We will be booking with them again. Thank you!

My family's stay in the Enclave #203 was exceptional as it was the last few times we have stayed. We specifically choose this same unit because it's always so clean, very inviting, great spot around many things to do as well as eating. Since our very first stay, we remember this unit to ensure our stay is amazing! Thank you for another amazing stay at your vacation home!

Great location!

We really loved this location. Right across the beach from grocery, restaurants and shopping and nestled in between other shorter buildings, so fewer people on the beach. This unit is quiet as it’s not hearing pool revelers, beach gates slamming or the trash chute (this was a loud issue at another location). Being on the second floor, you don’t have to wait for elevators, just pop down the steps. The unit is clean and well maintained. Nice view. Beach Getaways is responsive and helpful. We plan to rent this same unit again, which we rarely do. We did hear that parking is an issue in high volume times so we plan to come later in the Summer to avoid that one issue.

The condo was great and very spacious to accommodate 4 adults. Beds, and furniture was comfortable and clean, smart tvs in the bedrooms as well as the living area.Great view and patio furniture was perfect.

My family drove in from Atlanta for to spend Christmas and this condo was a perfect match! Awesome location of course, and near everything! It sits directly across the street from Walmart, food and shopping. All are walking distance. The condo was really nice, clean and has a personal touch in every room. I love the decor and it has a hospitality feel to it. We will definitely book again in the near future! No complaints at all from my family!

We had such a great time at the property! Great location, beautiful beach views, friendly people! Great access to grocery store and shops. We did have an issue with the ice maker but contacted Beach Getaways and they were responsive and kind! Would definitely stay with them again!

This place was great for the short stay we had planned for a friend's wedding. Short walk to the beach from room. Room 203 was nice and spacious for us. Had an A/C problem and was fixed with in two hours of calling. Only thing did not like was parking. Other than that great stay!

Great location, unit was very nice and loved the 3 bedroom, 3 bath layout. Thanks for having the parking passes already in the unit, check-in was easy and so was check-out. Loved the balcony for watching sunrise and sunsets as well.

It was a great stay and we had a wonderful time! Thank you! The only complaint that I would have is that the maintenance man showed up and was in our home without notification. He was there to change the filters but again, we did not have any notice. Other than that, it was fabulous!!

This condo was in a great location near shopping centers and on the beach. We enjoyed spending Christmas here. One bathroom needed work on the drain. It would not stay open to let the water out. Otherwise, we enjoyed everything and will consider staying again.

Great view and I loved this type of patio railing for my one year old! Very spacious and had everything we needed. We didn't have any issues with noice. Parking was easy but I can imagine that it is a challenge during the busier months. I would come back and rent this same condo again!

Spring Break at the Beach

We booked the Enclave for 4 days. It was myself, my husband and our two teens. I purposely made sure each teen had his/her own room as we all know they need their space away from the family! This unit was perfect for our needs! It was right on the beach and very spacious. My husband and I loved the separate patio door off the master. We will be back for sure!

Very comfortable. We had everything we need with bonus views of dolphins swimming and fish jumping! Loved being so close to the pool and beach. Checked all our boxes. Plenty of good quality serving pieces, glasses and linens. We plan to go again. It would be nice to have 3 parking passes.

Pulled up to find the last parking spot in the complex. I've stayed here before and this has always been an issue. Having said that everything else was top notch. The condo was easy to enter with the 6 digit code. Three beautiful bedrooms with the most spacious bathrooms. The view was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked. I absolutely loved the seashell cups and would love to find a set. The new pool was just finished two weeks ago. Zero entry and a seat almost around the whole 4 foot area. Four loungers sitting on a 9” shelf for sunbathers. Indoor pool was a perfect retreat when it rained on a last day. Hope they will One day work on the parking situation. All the security guards tell You is park at a nearby Premium Parking garage. Do not park in the shopping center across the street as they will tow you. Fairfield Inn behind Walmart has a public parking area. Pricey but at least it's within walking distance to the Condo. My daughters parked here every night since they arrived around 11 each evening after Hangout Fest.

Our family had a great stay at The Enclave 203!!! The weather was perfect!!! The condo was very clean and kitchen had plenty of things to make meal time easy. The condo is on the 2nd floor and perfect view of the beach. We are looking forward to our next vacation with Beach Getaways. They made rental easy without all the over-the-top fees others charge.
