Please note: Spanish Key is scheduled to begin balcony railing replacements on September 9, 2026, with work moving through the entire building in stages. This condo’s balcony is scheduled to be closed and inaccessible from December 9-January 28. Weather or construction delays may affect the schedule.
The outdoor pool is currently expected to be closed from late November 2026 through mid-January 2027. The indoor pool and jacuzzi are expected to remain open.

We were on our annual girls trip. Loved this condo 😍 Main suite had amazing views of the beach. Nice having 3 bathrooms. The whole condo was decorated beautifully. Beach Getaways made sure we had all the information for our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Clean and Spacious Condo

Condo was perfect size and layout for our group of six including two teen girls and two teen boys. It was great they had their own bathrooms. The balcony furniture could be updated as two of the four chairs were not ideal for lounging. This unit has a covered parking space so don't miss that! There were only six hangers for the entire condo so I had to go buy a bunch for us. Lucky for the next guest I had to leave several behind because of packing issues. Our coffee pot quit after the first day and maintenance was friendly and fast to bring us another. Last thing, we wish there was a door leading to the master bath. Overall great condo and complex.

The View Was Everything!

We were a group of 8 ladies there for a Girl's Trip weekend getaway. Everything was exactly as described and as the pictures showed. The living room was great with 2 sofas and a chair that gave ua 7 plenty room to gather! The balcony was perfect t to watch the beach & pool! All 3 BR's had their own bath, with 2 King bedrooms & a room with double beds! Fit 8 comfortable! Great decor and comfy beds!

Girls' Beach Trip - We loved our condo. Negative would be a small balcony but we made it work. Condo was decorated very beachy. Beds were comfortable. We had a toilet that continued to run & they were there to repair it quickly. I would definitely rent the condo again.

This condo is beautiful, well decorated, spacious, and clean! The view is fantastic! We loved our stay here! The elevators are speedy, and even though it is on the first floor, it is one floor down to the beach. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and there is a washer and dryer to use. Parking is stress free and always available. Condo is gated and within walking distance to several restaurants: Waffle House, Flora Bama Yacht Club, Flora Bama Ole River House, and the Flora Bama bar! Even though you are close to it, we did not hear the music at all from our condo. WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN!

Everything was just as described. Great location and the condo was clean and suited our needs perfectly. Spent alot of time on the beach, in the hot tub and used the sauna daily.

We took a quick trip with just our family of four. It was perfect and exactly what we needed. We parked the car and didn't need it again until we left. We walked to the Yacht club for dinner and to the ice cream shop for dessert!

The condo was exceptional. Big condo, everything that is needed is there. It's a quiet location which I loved. Ice cream and lotto right across from the condo. You are within walking distance to Waffle House and Flora Bama. Definitely plan to rent this one again.

We absolutely loved our time at Spanish Key 104. We needed a little getaway for our family and this was a perfect spot. The condo was very clean and spacious. We had more than enough space for our family of four. We were able to walk to the Flora Bama during the day and the Yacht club at night for dinner. We will be back!

From booking to completion of our stay, everything went smooth. Property was very clean and comfy. I would recommend this property for families, friends, ladies trip, etc. Patio furniture was a tad bit uncomfortable so in would recommend getting cushions for the chairs.

Condo fit our needs perfectly with 4 adults and 2 children. Loved the view, steps from the beach, and just short drive to Orange Beach and Gulf shores. We loved that the beach at our location was quiet, but we were close to restaurants and other fun activities. The condo was very nice, clean and comfortable. Beach Getaways was very responsive to our needs. Would highly recommend this location.

Wonderful condo! Great location - Perdido Key is beautiful and the beach was immaculate. Kids loved the pool and we could sit on our patio and watch them swim. Condo was super clean, beds were so comfy, and it had all the amenities we needed, plus some. Beach Getaways was helpful and thorough, check in and check out was a breeze. Communication was quick and helpful with anything we needed. We have found our new summer beach time home away from home!!

Beautiful property, some updates since pictures shown. Having the third bathroom was wonderful! Very nice location, not as crowded as other beaches but still close to everything. Short easy walk to Florabama. Very easy beach access. We loved it!

A Truly Relaxing Vacation

Our family enjoyed staying at Spanish Key! First, communication from Beach Getaways was exceptional. I never had to rummage through past emails for information because they always texted me what I needed the day before! It was so great! I love the online guestbook that gives me all my immediate need-to-know info. Second, the condo itself was very clean and well decorated. We were given plenty of starter toilet paper, paper towels, etc. There were excellent charging stations at each bed, so I could charge my phone and headphones with no problems. I could have plugged in several items on my side of the bed alone! The location of the property was great! We could easily drive to Orange Beach or back through Perdido Key to enjoy the best of both worlds. Amazing view from the room to the ocean that is hard to capture in pictures. SO easy to get to the pool and to the ocean. For anyone with a bit more limited mobility or little kids - this was fantastic. The condo complex itself was very well maintained! Staff was helpful and someone was always cleaning or looking after things. We will definitely keep this condo on the list for a return visit.

This unit is beautifully decorated and maintained. Comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen is well equipped. Being a first floor unit it is easy access and close to elevator and stairs. Property is also beautifully maintained. When there were issues with loud spring break partiers they quickly evicted the guilty guests and hired security. Impressive!! Would definitely recommend this property.

Clean, affordable, spacious, and has a great amount of kitchen utensils! I was highly impressed to find a cast-iron skillet in the condo. Plenty of linens to get started. Secure location, and the entire property is clean. We were a group of six girls vacationing for a long weekend girls trip. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms was perfect for us. I will definitely try to book this condo for my next trip to the Pensacola area!

The rental staff is very responsive. We had two issues and they addressed them directly. The first dealt with bedding and the second was the AC. Both issues were resolved quickly after a text message. Property is easy to find and access.

Wonderful stay

Our unit at Spanish Key was ideal for our stay. We weren't sure we needed three bedrooms but we did use two of them as our son stayed a few days with us. Apparently there was a small leak in the refrigerator that the owners must have known about because maintenance came in a fixed it while we were out and left a note. Besides that, everything worked well. The view is magnificent, the bedrooms and bathrooms are well appointed and the tv's and internet work well. The only slight disappointment was the exterior repairs that were ongoing, but we understand it needs to be done. Also, there was a young group upstairs in 204 beginning Wednesday who were pretty loud, but we let them be. Overall a wonderful condo that accommodated well for our one week stay. We will definitely consider returning in the future!
