The first floor accommodations of unit 104, were so convenient to the pool and beach.

This is our home away from home for spring break. We have stayed at this Condo for the last three years. We have never had any issues with the place. I love being able to walk out our back door right to the beach.

The owners of 104 have the condo decorated beautifully! We loved the patio and being so close to the pool and beach. Great location! Everyone was friendly and the complex was very clean. Would recommend unit 104 to anyone. We would love to come back and visit!

Great Stay - Condo is 15ft from pool and 100 steps to beach chairs . Centrally located to the best restaurants on the coast. Condo was well furnished and had everything you need to have a great stay. One of the best places we have stayed in the orange beach area. 10/10

The condo is steps from the gate to the pool and beach access. Huge outside sitting area with a big table. Has outdoor access from living room (2 sliding doors) and 1 from master bedroom. Plenty of closet space. Master bathroom is huge. Other bathroom has tub for bathing kids. Front TV is a smart TV and bedrooms had cable. Property Has indoor pool, which was perfect when it was raining outside. Outdoor pool has an area for toddlers to play and can touch. They provided a starter kit for kitchen/bathrooms so we didn't have to rush to the store for supplies right away. Will for sure look to book again in the upcoming years.

It was the perfect location. The bottom floor was perfect with little ones. The unit was clean and comfortable and the grounds were very well kept. The kitchen had all of the items needed to prepare family meals. We will book there again for 2025!

We were very impressed with our stay. We were on the 1st floor which was on the back and near the pool, hot tub, and sauna. The condo was perfectly furnished and very comfortable. If we were to return, we would definitely stay here again. We lucked out with our unit.

The location of 104 Romar Place was perfect with direct access to both the outdoor and indoor pool as well as the beach. The beds were comfortable, the condo clean and the towels were thick and plentiful.

Our family had a great experience at this Romar Place property. We chose the ground floor unit so our three kids had easy access to outside and weren't trapped by a higher level patio. That turned out to be a good choice. Plus it was SO great to be so close to the pool and the beach- better than expected actually. This was our first time to OB and we all loved it. The beach is incredible and it's overall very family friendly, including this condo complex. The unit worked well for us and we would come back.

This condo was perfect for our family (with our 6 month old grandson). It was clean, stocked well, and best of all, on the first floor. We had direct access to the pool and the beach from our patio……..perfect for quick access. We had a problem on the day of arrival (our fault completely), but the condo management and owner had worked out a solution by the next day. Kudos to them. We'll be back.

We loved staying here. It was easy access to get to the pool & beach, not too crowded, and the weather was perfect. The condo suited our needs and the best part was the location. We can't wait to come back to Orange Beach & stay here again. Highly recommend!!
