Nice clean condo with up to date appliances and furniture. You have a small view of the ocean from only one part of the balcony. The condo is on the beach and easy access to the beach.

Nice unit, pet friendly, two steps from the elevator. You can see the beach and hear the waves, but the building to the east blocks much of the view. No worries, from the elevator you are ten steps from the beach. We hardly drove during an 11 night stay, you can walk to dining, etc. the pool was very nice. My Beach Getaways made rental and access easy and simple, they were highly responsive and helpful. Tip: if your pup can deal with crossing the beach highway, the next street to the north has more quiet dog walking away from the hustle and bustle of the beach road. The coffee maker can take ground coffee or a k-cup. The A/C and WiFi were effective. This is a nice unit in a great location.

The condo was located in a fantastic area, beachside and within a five minute walk to the National Shrimp Festival. Unit was clean, and everything worked perfectly within it. This was our second time staying in the unit and were happier than last time. I would definitely recommend Beach Getaways for any rentals in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area.

The location was great, the condo was nice and clean and cozy feeling! The only downside was the property's elevator was down. Bit a huge inconvenience for us, but for some others it was. I enjoyed all the communication before and during our trip. I would stay again!

Was very nice. Only problem this week was that maintenance work was being done on our side of the building and it was noisy (our dog didn't understand). But would definitely stay again. Only wish they would allow dogs on the beach (at least for a little while each day).

Fantastic experience. Great communication on access and house rules and check in/out instructions. Very spacious compared to other condos we have stayed at. Kitchen was well equipped. Linens and multiple towels were readily available. Balcony was very spacious. Pool was relaxing and a nice size. Quiet location. Easy beach access. Spectacular beds! King size in both bedrooms which were very comfortable. One of the best experiences we have had! Thank you for providing such a great place for our family to enjoy. We will definitely be back. The only suggestions we have is children's cups and plates ;)

Condo was clean, very tidy, we had everything we needed. Just a short walk to the ocean and the views were breathtaking! Only down side was the people in the condo above us sounded like elephants all day and night long. Highly recommend the regatta!!

Family vacation for spring break with a 14 yo and 10yo. We loved the location walking distance to shopping and restaurants, right on the beach and had a swimming pool was a perfect location for our family.

Came down to Gulf Shores for the 50th Annual National Shrimp Festival and was not disappointed. The condo was easily within walking distanceto the festival and that was perfect. The condo was very clean, and parking was convenient. Would definitely consider staying here next year for the Shrimp Festival as well.

We had a really great stay here! We had pretty much everything we needed and the location was perfect! We were able to walk to surrounding restaurants and local shops. We had a small view of the beach which was nice. We will definitely be returning.

We took our first trip to Gulf Shores and booked with Regatta. It was absolutely perfect for our family of 6. It felt like home away from home. The condo was clean and cozy. It was the perfect location for walking to shops/dinner and spending days on the beach. I have already recommended it to my friends and family! We will be back for sure!

The rental was simply beautiful. It was exactly as it was in the photos. It was very clean and dressed up beautifully when we arrived. It truly felt like a vacation home. The staff that I met were kind and the I wasn't bothered by noise other than an occasional police siren. All in all we will be returning. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Very clean and nice details. The place is decorated so nicely. A few books, puzzles, and games in the unit were nice surprises to find. The ease of the beach made our time there that much more enjoyable.
