Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand. You will not be disappointed nor will you be able to find this level of luxury and convenience.

Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect! We loved the condo; the layout, and furnishings, were just right for the two of us. We had all the kitchenware & utensils needed to cook, and serve, our own meals. The towels are soft and fluffy, and there's a washer & dryer if needed to replenish your supply. The bed was very comfy, but a bit “squeaky”. It took us a couple nights to get used to it. The condo is right on the beach, with a wonderful view from the balcony, and you can catch a gorgeous sunrise on clear mornings. The sunset is equally as spectacular, so be sure to take an evening walk on the beach to experience it! EVERY restaurant we went to had fantastic food, and there's a lot in the area to pick from. There are shops near by, a Publix, and yummy ICE CREAM shops!! It's only a few miles to Walmart, and they deliver. :) We were also thrilled to find a Catholic Church right down the street, so we could go to Sunday mass. The only negative, is they were doing construction on the building, so a couple of days we literally had workers right on our balcony, and had to close our curtains. They left lots of dust behind. One evening, you could hear them as they prepped for rain, until 11:00 PM. This however, is no fault of the owners. We will absolutely be back!! Thank you for an amazing vacation!!

Hope to return next year. The building does need major repairs on the walk way to the ocean. Your staff were very polite and helpful. Dalton was very helpful with aTV problem. Thanks to all of your staff.

We were extremely happy with our stay! Comfortable bed, kitchen was supplied with everything you could think of! Washer and dryer in condo was so convenient! Beautiful view of gulf, nice beach. Pools, gym, hot tub and outdoor courts were very nice.

We loved staying here! It was very clean, had an amazing view of the beach (which is a must while staying at the beach!), and was a great location for restaurants, outings, and shopping! The bed was a little noisy, but it did not bother us as our bed at home is noisy too. We hope to be back!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was in the perfect location. The condo had a fishy smell when we got there but the Beach Getaways staff brought air freshener and something for the garbage disposal. Very helpful. The only thing I would suggest is getting smart TV’s, traveling with kids they want to watch Netflix and Disney especially on the rainy days stuck inside. It was very nice stay!!!

A very relaxing and enjoyable stay at Phoenix East in Orange Beach Alabama. The view of the pool,beach and Gulf from our room was great. Breakfast on the balcony each morning was relaxing. Even though it was hot, there was a nice breeze blowng most of the time.The only negative I can think of is the battery needs to be replaced in the fan remote control.

Great stay!!!! Condo was in a good location and very clean and well cared for. Had a small problem with slow drainage in a bathroom sink that was fixed within an hour after a phone call to your maintenance people. Most importantly, your management staff is outstanding!!! Being our initial visit to the Alabama coast, our first contact was with Valerie and she was so helpful. She was very professional and extremely patient with all of my questions about the area-condos, restaurants, golf, etc. Several other phone calls to your office as the trip got closer were answered with the same courtesy. Our first call when we schedule the next visit will be to Beach Getaways. Thank you for a wonderful vacation experience. Bryan Proven

Phoenix East is a great place to stay

Phoenix East 508 was a great condo for my stay. I has a conference at a near by facility and decided to stay at Phoenix East So I could have a condo rather than a room. It was perfect. My only complaint was that the bathroom sink was stopped up, and I reported it on Wednesday and when I left on Sunday, it still had not been fixed so I brushed my teeth and washed my face in the kitchen sink

We hadn't ever been to the area and the Mrs found your condo. When we arrived we were very pleased. The location, condition, convenience were all exceptional. We have been to Myrtle Beach, Sanibel Island, and Hilton Head Island in the past, but this area offers so much more. Anybody who may be considering renting here, go ahead and do it, you will not be disappointed.
