We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back! The proximity to the beach was perfect and made getting back and forth so easy. We also really enjoyed the hot tub and gym. The views from the balcony were absolutely beautiful, and we were lucky enough to have several days of gorgeous clear water. From the beach and water, we were able to see fish, stingrays, and jellyfish, which was such a cool experience.

Great, clean condo with nice views of the beach. Unit was just like the pictures. The cabinets, drawers and switches were all labeled. Very helpful! Plenty of games and puzzles for the younger kids. Even though the pool was a bit smaller, it was never overcrowded. Will definitely book this place again!

Phoenix VIII Unit 903 was the favorite unit our family has ever stayed at in Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area. Extras include spices/nonstick spray, plastic wrap, kids dishes and silverware, laundry supplies, sugar, artificial sweetener, creamer, a margaritaville station, coffee station, lots of toys for the kids, tons of beach toys, chairs and beach towels, hairdryers and hair tools, plenty of toilet paper, body wash, shampoo & conditioner...so much more. If I ever get to stay here again my packing list will be much shorter. I loved having a robot vacuum to clean while we were out of the condo. Lots of seating in the living area and dining room/bar for the entire crew. Thank you for all the extra accommodations that you do not have to provide. We loved that P8 was a smaller complex, as it helped with beach and pool crowds. Stay here...I promise you will not regret it!

As soon as we opened the door to this condo, we knew we chose well. It was tastefully decorated, very clean, and comfortable. We loved the beds and the rocking chairs on the balcony. The owners went above what was expected to make us feel at home. The supplies were plentiful and everything was labeled. It was the nicest condo we have ever stayed in at Orange Beach and we hope to return.

This is our 2nd February as snowbirds and have arranged unit for 2027. This unit is very clean, homey, and set up for families. The owner has thought of everything and is truly concerned over comfort of guests and families. The balcony furniture is comfortable and allows guests to enjoy the magnificent view of the beach and gulf. Enjoy your stay!

Winter weekend getaway

The unit was beyond expectations. The Tiki theme and bar in the condo just made you feel good inside for a perfect weekend. The condo was filled with everything you would need for a fun time and even had an ice machine to refill our ice chest. Dishes and coffee pots were ready available when we wanted to just stay in and enjoy the gulf view from above. Definitely will rebook for another long weekend and a week getaway!

This condo is great! It has all the amenities you'd expect to have in your own home, and then some. The ice maker in the laundry room was a special treat. All the ice we could dream of using! We were spoiled by the 9th floor view of the gulf - and the daily dolphin sightings. We'd definitely stay here again, and bring some grand kids with us to help enjoy the beautiful beach and Gulf of Mexico!

Beautifully appointed, this condo provided the perfect girls retreat ages 10 to 55. Comfortable for a group of 8 and provided all of the amenities necessary to provide the perfect home away from home. Beautiful views of the beach with easy access to pool and beach. We had a wonderful stay at this unit!!! Everything was so nice!! The pictures did not do it justice!!!! it was more than what we expected!!! They had everything we needed/wanted. The condo was an exceptional experience. Was very nicely decorated and had thoughtful things included which was a refreshing surprise as of late. We will stay here again. Absolutely the best stay we have had since we have been coming to Orange Beach. Examples of extras included extra beach chairs and towels, plenty of blankets and pillows, and a margarita maker.

This condo has everything you need

Such a great place! Building is smaller than the other Phoenix properties so we never had to wait for an elevator and often had the whole indoor pool to ourselves. The condo itself was stocked with everything you could need from laundry detergent to shampoo. Everything's labeled. They had seasoning and Pam which I always seem to forget. There was even Tupperware for leftovers. You can literally bring clothes and groceries. They had beach chairs, easy set up for streaming on the tv, and book that told you step by step how to set things up. Everything's labeled which I loved. I can't rave enough about this place.

Snowbirds staying first time at this unit. Already have reserved for 2026. Unit tastefully decorated with outstanding balcony furnishing. Very clean. The bunkbed room was a huge hit with littles who came to visit. Many activities legos, colors, books, puzzles, and tv. Other snowbirds who came from other units were very complimentary of unit. The Beach Getaways Team were easy to work with and helpful. Lots of love in this unit!

We spent a few wonderful days in condo 903. The location was great and close to several restaurants and stores. We loved sitting on the patio enjoying the view of the ocean. The condo was decorated adorably and it was clean and well stocked. It had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone. You can't beat just walking down to the ocean then retreating to your home away from home. It was perfect!

This property was perfect! We've stayed in several condos over the years, and this one was best by far. This condo was decorated so cute! All the furniture was beautiful and comfortable, including the patio. It had everything we needed, plus little extras if we had forgotten something! It was close to grocery stores and restaurants.
