Wonderful stay. Perfect condo! Love the proximity to the beach and family-oriented property. Parking was easy with easy access to our vehicles. Condo was very clean and roomy with nice appliances and accessories. All in all, a fabulous stay!!

We spent 3 nights and had a great time. Slept and accommodated six adults very comfortably. The view/balcony was great and parking was easy. The beach is close & the pool was wonderful. Had everything we needed! I will say that I especially appreciate the communication since we had to book on super short notice after Vacasa cancelled my reservation from months ago with zero communication. Beach Getaways gets an A+ for communication.

Very nice location on the beach, close to the Pass. Not a fan of $55 parking pass per vehicle but that's Phoenix properties. Unit very comfortable and clean.

Orange Beach 2023

Everyone enjoyed their stay at Phoenix VIII room 501. The condo had everything that we needed and the views were spectacular from the balcony. We can see all the boats coming in and out of the pass. We mostly likely will be booking this condo again. Condo was very clean the the furniture comfortable.

This was the perfect location and provided more than enough room for ohr family of 9 to enjoy time together and the beach. We loved the large and spacious balcony and the spectacular views. The condo was in pristine condition and we had an amazing time!

Great 3bd/2ba condo layout and size in convenient location! Enjoyed having recliners in the living room! Balcony furniture was very comfortable. Condo had some nice renovations several years ago, but it's time for a few upgrades - recliners and couch need replacing and master shower needs a heavy duty cleaning. Loved the Fantasy Brown leathered quartz countertops throughout the condo!

We stayed 7/14 - 7/17/22 and really enjoyed our time in this unit. Property management was very responsive to the few minor issues we had & checked on us throughout our stay. I will definitely stay in Unit 501 again as it is located directly on the beach and in close proximity to various dining places and activities.

It was in a great location- our condo was super accommodating for our family! The elevators were very quick with minimal wait. Only thing is another condo is being built beside this condo which would block some of the early morning sunlight we would have had. But that's nothing this condo can help. Loved our trip!

Everything about our vacation was excellent! From the rental process to the condition of the condo and location. Beach Getaways was easy to work with and had excellent rental pricing for the time of year we booked. They were very responsive to my email questions and phone calls leading up to our stay. We loved the spacious condo and it was clean and well stocked. Will definitely book through Beach Getaways again!!

We had a great week at the Phoenix 8 501. The condo was clean and nice. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the water and people. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfy.

We had a great stay. The property was nice, and all of the staff from the gate attendant to security and front desk staff were friendly and courteous. The condo was nice, appears well-maintained, and was spacious and had everything we needed. We had zero complaints and enjoyed our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

The 3 bedroom condo was in great shape and had some nice updates! Beautiful countertops and modern rock tiled shower in master bath! The condo was decorated beautifully and loved the wood look flooring! Easy company to book with and no issues whatsoever! This is a great condo to book!

Condo and location was perfect! Plenty of room for our family, we had 8 people with us and never once felt crowded in the space.We saw dolphins every morning and evening from the balcony. All though our trip was cut short due to the mandatory evacuations we will definitely book again next year.
