We loved our stay at the Phoenix 8! The condo was very clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to the waves. The kitchen had good quality pots, dishes and silverware - compared to other places we have stayed. The microwave and dishwasher were very easy to operate. The beds were comfortable. We didn't watch much television but when we did, we found there was a large selection of channels for live TV. It was a great stay! Highly recommend.

Love the views. Condo was everything that was expected and more. My only downside is that gym was only available from 0900 till 1700 so if could get a key to workout when I wanted to would be a great option. Overall a great trip and great host

We loved our vacation condo. The balcony overlooks the gulf and there is a balcony off the master bedroom that overlooks the bay side. The beach was fabulous! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back.

One of the BEST rental properties we have stayed in. The condo is BEAUTIFUL and has plenty of room. All modern appliances, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen was the most well equipped and organized I have ever seen in a rental. Would definitely recommend this property for your next beach getaway !!

The unit was just as described. Location was great. Pools were fantastic, especially the indoor heated pool since we went in April and it was a bit cold outside.

Our stay was amazing! It was easy to find and had a lot of conveniences. Plenty of luggage racks and carts to carry our items to and from the room. Easy check out. The view was absolutely gorgeous from the balcony and the weather was fantastic! There was plenty of room for all five of us. Easy Access to and from the beach. Living room and kitchen was perfect. the only negative I have to say was that the beds were not that comfortable and you had to pay for a large bag of ice. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for allowing us to use your place!

Everything was clean and in good condition in the condo. Plenty of towels, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes/utensils and there was even a number of board games provided. Seemed to be pretty well sound-proofed; we never heard the neighbors. Location is great, being far enough away from public access that our section of the beach was pretty quiet. A couple of good restaurants are within walking distance, with many options a short drive away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Mom/Daughter Vacay

This was a Mother/Daughter vacay. We arrived arrived around 3:30. Our first impression was how nice the condo was and how much the owners must love staying here. Our second thought was, why is there a lamp on in every room and why was every TV turned on? We turned off the lamps and eventually figured out how to turn off the TV's. (LOL) Each bed had a different comfort zone, (firm, soft and just right). The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. We bundled up and enjoyed the balcony. Plus, because it was cold outside, we developed the '60 second rule' when opening the doors. The decor throughout the condo was an added feature and added to the cozy feel of the condo. * On one negative note: they were doing some construction on the building and the noise began at 8:00 a.m. the first two mornings we were there. But, it wasn't too bad and we still enjoyed our visit. It was pretty quiet after those first two days. I would recommend this condo for families, couples and singles .... an added note, I was told it gets pretty loud in the summer months. I guess we chose the right time to visit (December).

This condo absolutely lived up to the photos and was stocked with kitchen items way more than I expected. I took my two boys there for a few days over fall break and we had a great time. Definitely worth the extra money to get a place on a higher floor, and this particular place was also comfortable and adorably decorated. The condo building itself feels like it needs some updates, but it absolutely suited us perfectly for a few days.

This condo was great, the views were great not only the beach but the bay as well. Everything as it should be kitchen top notch, bedrooms very comfortable and plenty of drawer space for our stuff. We had no problems, so we never needed to call staff, but did receive emails checking on us. Hopefully I'll be back next year and stay longer. Thanks 5 star for sure.

Condo was clean and felt like home away from home. Our only complaints were: the king and queen beds were squeaky and a little too hard on our backs. Also, on our second day, it sounded like there were renovations happening above us which woke us up early before 8AM for 3 days in a row. Hated we couldn't sleep in on those days. Other than that, it was a fantastic trip and we enjoyed it! Would stay there again in the future.

Great stay, Nice clean comfortable condo. Had a problem opening and making balcony doors lock but did the best we could to lock them before we left. Master bed a little on the hard side and knives in kitchen dull other than that no complaints. Condo looked exactly like photos. Loved the kitchen and especially loved the view. Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay & I miss it already. Only thing I would of liked more cabinet space for groceries instead of the tons of dishes. But that's ok just had to leave everything on the counter. We did have a problem the first two nights with the kids above us running & moving furniture waking us up at 6am which wasn't pleasant but no fault toward the condo.. I did complain to front desk but nothing was done about it.Other than that. It was definitely home away from home & I'm excited to book again! This was our first vacation & it didn't disappoint ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The condo was everything we wanted and more.Loved the corner unit , was so nice to have a large area outside the door to leave all of our sandy items.The condo was also so beautifully decorated. Been going to Orange Beach area for several years...this is the best place we have stayed in so far. My two year old grandson enjoyed the pool, which was very clean, and the beach. The condo was more than equipped for all of our needs and the views were exceptional. We will stay here again next year!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It has been updated and was very clean and comfortable. It was very comfortable for a group of 6. There is a newer complex being built next door, so we were a little disappointed that we couldn't see the Pass from the balcony. We would definitely book this unit again. We have stayed at several Phoenix units in this block of complexes and this was by far the nicest.

Great Beach Get Away!

My family (2 adults, 1 golden age mother, 1 young adult daughter) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Orange Beach April 10-15. The condo was just as beautiful and spacious as it appears in the listing. There is no formal check-in process, the owners sent a door keypad code by email a few days beforehand, and it was easy access! We used the indoor pool and hot tub, lounged poolside outside, and spent a lot of time at the beach. It’s just lovely here. Highlights were a “girl’s” shopping excursion to the Tanger Outlet Mall in nearby Foley, a dolphin cruise aboard the Cold Mil Fleet (we are sure it’s the best dolphin cruise in the area), experiencing Flora-Bama, all the fresh seafood, sampling the local specialty drink, the Bushwacker (think chocolate pina colada), and a fun trip to the Sunliner Diner in Gulf Shores. It was a bit nippy for outside swimming, and the surf was rough a couple of days, but overall this was an excellent time to visit Orange Beach. I highly recommend it and this beautiful condo!

Our family of ten (6 adults, 4 kids), loved the condo. It was exactly as pictured online. It was beautifully decorated, and was ample space for our family. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. Grocery stores were located close by for convenient food purchases. It was clean! We loved the corner unitt with all the windows and added patio space. We received our check-in information as promised the week before, and the arrival and departure process was a breeze. Would definitely rent again! Thanks for a great vacation.
