Perfect unit for a girls week!

The unit was very clean and was well appointed. We just everything we needed and the property was great. They did have some construction going on at the front of the building and it was a bit of a pain to get our things into the building but they finished up the paving before we left. I would stay in this building and unit again in the future

My wife and I had an enjoyable stay at this unit. The location is perfect and close to some wonderful restaurants. The views from the front and bedroom balconies were exceptional. Overall, the unit was clean and well furnished. The beds and living room furniture were were comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and silverware, but there were no ice trays or ice maker in the refrigerator. There was an issue with the housekeeping service that I had to address with the rental company but they responded very quickly. We would stay here again.

The location was perfect for our annual vacation. The condo was spacious and we had plenty of room. The microwave did go out our first night but maintenance came as soon as they could with another one. Will definitely be booking the location again!

We had a great stay! The staff were all very sweet and very helpful. Our condo was very spacious for the 10 people we had, and very clean. The only complaint we had was the people above us were extremely loud all hours of the night, but it didn't disrupt our relaxing trip to the beach. We will stay here again!

Amazing Location

This was our 3rd summer in the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area. We've enjoyed ourselves so much that we've added family members each trip and needed a bigger location. This year there were 10 (from 11 months to adult) of us and this location and condo was perfect. The layout and space was perfect that we could spread out. We had pretty much everything we could think of in the kitchen. Everything was in great shape and clean. We loved being at the end of the building. As far as the facility went, there were carts to help bring everything up on arrival day which was amazing. We had a hose come loose under the kitchen sink and maintenance was quick to arrive and fix it. The beach is RIGHT THERE and the pool is great too. Our kids all loved both. We might need more space next year since we keep bringing more people, but if we will fit, we would happily stay in this unit again. If being nit picky, there was a lot of glass (dining room table, coffee table, end tables) and it wasn't attached to the tables which gave us adults some anxieties as we had young kids and active/crazy tweens. Also, the sliding door to the balcony and laundry area squealed.

My stay was fantastic & I would recommend it to everyone. It was fully equipped with everything you needed, I had overlooked some of the dishes but later saw them.

Thanks for the great reviews. Our QA Inspectors have been putting extra effort lately to keeping the cabinets organized so come back soon and see if we've made progress there.

Over all good. master br. Carpet poor shape needs to be replaced,seen 4 bugs killed 3 one got away ,unit could use a deep cleaning.need ice maker or ice trays over all our stay was very good. Your staff was very good.Baylee Alford was great.

We had never been to Orange Beach/Gulf Shores. My boss actually comes down once a year and recommend you guys! Everyone told us to use Vrbo but Beach Getaways got a hold of me via email and was able to save us money. The condo was very everything we needed.

We had a great time. Unit was clean and spacious. Loved that we could borrow tubes for the pool. I was surprised at how many jellyfish I saw the first day. We even did some snorkeling while we were there. Thanks so much!

We needed a last minute one-night stay and Tory Turello went above and beyond for us! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed! The facilities are great and the beach is literally steps away! The view from the balcony was perfect and the staff was super friendly. It was a very busy weekend, but the pool is massive so we never felt crowded. Excellent experience! Do not hesitate to rent unit 817!

We had a great time staying in this condo. The location is great. The walk to the beach was nice, it was nice to have a pool option but with the beach right there I couldn’t bring myself to stay at the pool. The condo was clean and spacious for our family of 5. Laundry and more than one bathroom was a must.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the unit. It was sufficiently stocked for cooking meals and the view is incredible. We would definitely use this unit again and the folks at Beach Getaways were awesome as well. Parking can be an issue if you go like we did at the busiest weekend of the year, but we were able to purchase an extra pass when we arrived at the front desk which helped. Our only issue was with a noisy neighbor upstairs but that's to be expected when the place is packed! Love it and highly recommend it!

We loved our stay here at the Phoenix! We took a family all girls trip with 5 adults and 5 kids age 1-7. The condo was plants spacious for all of us. The huge balcony and beautiful view was amazing! The owners definitely took into consideration all of the reviews and had updated or fixed most of them. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. We cooked breakfast and lunch every day at the condo. Bring storage bowls with lids or grab some at the dolphins lar store. I noticed a crockpot in the kitchen and thought that was nice. We had brought ours not knowing one was provided. Dish detergent was provided, toilet paper, and one roll of paper towels. The bathrooms also had travel size soap and shampoo but we brought our own. The beds were very comfortable and everything felt clean. The kids loved the indoor pool, hot tubs and even got brave enough to swim outside and play under the waterfall. There were a few beach chairs in the unit. Nothing fancy but we appreciated them and did take them to the beach.The complex provides shopping carts for bringing up your groceries. This was very convenient. Trash chutes on our floor were conveniently located on the way to the elevator. Overall, we had a great stay! Everything from the unit to the complex was very nice!

This place was great for our family vacation. Like the other Phoenix condos we have been to this one had all the amenities to keep the kids active. The condo itself was clean and had everything we needed. Thanks Beach Getaways!

Perfect location

We stayed at the location Nov 21-26,we were there for thanksgiving. A lot of the restaurants are open during this time which was very different than other places we had stayed for the same time period. The weather was 70-75 in the days but the nights were very cool this time of year. Very good time to go if you enjoy the beach being less crowded. The condo was in the best location ever and supplied our needs, it had everything we needed in the kitchen as far as utensils, pots,pans casserole dishes etc. Entry upon arrival was very simple and locking up when leaving was easy as well. The location is near everything so if you forgot anything you wont have a problem finding it. The people who worked, lived ,or rented in the building was very friendly and nice. Overall it was a good experience.

This was an exceptional condo which has been well cared for and maintained. We have stayed in a lot of condos and this was by far the best of them.

We recently stayed in unit 817. It was an excellent stay in a great unit! The unit was spacious and decorated nicely. The view was outstanding! Our only complaint was that the furniture in the living room and the rug in the living room could be cleaned better. But, over all, this was a great value for an excellent unit!! We were very pleased and will be sure to book this unit again for our next trip to Orange Beach!!

We had a great time and the location was perfect: on the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The only thing it needed was an additional elevator on the ends of the property. Other than that, we loved it!
