GREAT PLACE TO STAY

If you are looking for a great family friendly place to stay, I highly recommend staying here! This 2nd floor unit was a great location, stairs right out your door to hit the ground level without having to use the elevators. Great food nearby, don't have to travel far at all for our favorites (Zeke's, The Gulf, Cobalt). This unit had everything you needed and well updated with a beachy vibe. The bedrooms helped accommodate our kids and grandkids with additional beds in each room.

We had an absolute amazing trip. The condo was spacious and spread out. The balcony views of a bay and the sunset was stunning. The construction in the front parking lot was a bit of a headache. The water was shut off to the whole building for the most part of the last day of trip. Overall if I could attached photos, what we did was priceless!

They keep the building and grounds very tidy. Indoor pool is nice in winter. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is always something to do, card games dominoes, bingo. Meet and greet weekly. Couple of meals together. Shuffle board. All he guests are so kind and friendly. Our unit is clean nicely stocked, plenty of room.

For a rental, everything was in better than expected condition. The patio view is amazing and the building is in great condition, including the pool & chairs. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone who likes ocean, beach, pool.

Stayed July 20-25, 2025. Loved the condo, from the location, to floor and actually having enough seating for the entire family in thehe livingroom. . We usually stay higher up but loved being on the second floor. Never had to wait on the elevator and was close to the beach/pool door. The only complaint I have is that the beds were very springy and uncomfortable. If you add a mattress topper I would never leave lol. Most definitely will be booking for next year.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo met all of our needs! We enjoyed being on the second floor with a good view of the pool, it allowed us to watch our older kids from the balcony. The staff at Phoenix 7 were awesome and laid back, we never had any trouble with having guest come to visit like we have had at other condos in the past. I highly recommend and we plan to book again in the future!

Great Condo Building To Stay At

The Beach Getaways staff was helpful and friendly. We needed our water heater turned up and after being notified it was fixed quickly. Common Areas and condo were clean. Living Room and kitchen were large. Balcony and furniture were lovely. Bathrooms were a little small but we survived. They only provide 4 towels for each bathroom so if there's a lot of people you'll need to bring extra. I LOVED the full size washer and dryer in our condo. Location was convenient to driving to the desired placed we wanted to go. There isn't a dedicated sidewalk so you must walk in a bike lane. That was a bummer for our grandson. The building itself could use a little paint and sprucing up. Overall updating. We LOVED the long blue walking mat to the beach and the boardwalk. We'd stay again.

Had almost everything we needed for 6 weeks. Comfortable furnishings clean nice location .No mattress pads on beds in back. Enjoyed our stay. Next year we won’t have to move since the windows / door project will be done.

My wife and 3 kids enjoyed our 7 days stay at Phoenix 7 unit 212. I had plenty of room and tv's, furniture, and appliances were updated. We normally stay at the Phoenix 7 2-3 times a year because of the location and heated indoor pool.

Nice stay, comfortable, plenty of room, all new appliances, nicely decorated and easy to pool and beach. Needed more utensils as it holds up to 10 people. Toilet was stopped up and garbage disposal was broken but was fixed as soon as it was reported!! The property manager "Beach Getaways" was wonderful to work with, spoke to Bieanne mostly. Parking was easy and plenty spots available. I thought 2 free parking passes came with the room with a fee for any others, but we had to pay for each car, we had 4 cars which added more than expected.

We definitely enjoyed our time in your condo. Everything was just as you said. It was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped except we couldn't find pot holders. The facility was very nice with the pool being so close and beach walkway right out the doors. Our grandchildren loved it! Thanks so much!

We had three couples on this trip, and we all agreed that this was one of the nicest condos we had ever stayed in! It was exceptionally clean, updated, and the kitchen was well equipped! So beautifully decorated, too! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would totally book this condo in the future!!

We will definitely be back to stay here again. The condo was very clean and well decorated. The view from the balcony was great and overlooked the pool and the beach/ocean. The location and layout of the condo was great for the family and the living room and all three bedrooms had huge TVs, even though we didn’t watch much TV while we were there.

Looked just like photos, very nice, clean, unit perfectly stocked w/all utensils, cooking supplies cups, glasses, bedding, towels, etc. Check-in and out was seamless and desk staff very friendly. Only had one interruption from staff. Plumbing work in the master bath because the unit under ours had a water leak. We had no problem.

This condo has everything you need. Kitchen was nicely stocked. It is well laid out and roomy. Comfortable beds. Huge deck and chairs. Great location. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
