Our condo was great! It was clean, tidy, and had all the essentials. The location right on the beach can't be beat! I had issues figuring out the wifi and everything was resolved over text. I appreciate all the notifications and texts I received from Beach Getaways. They are very attentive and responsive. This is our third time booking with them, and they do not disappoint!

Condo was reserved under Michelle. This is Chelsie reviewing, because I booked it and I know a review may not be important to some, but they always are to me. We planned this vacation about a month in advance, so pretty much last minute. We had to work around a schedule due to my younger sister having dialysis 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday). The condo was the best priced for the amount of days and everything was as expected for our stay. We walked into a clean and fresh smelling condo. The beds were comfortable and clean. Everyone was helpful and nice. The pool was clean. The whole "basement" area where the pools, vending machines, restrooms, etc were all clean. The balcony was also nice and they had extra beach toys, chairs, etc in the balcony closet. Our kids used them, and we also left our beach toys behind for the next family with kids to use :) I'm a "review" kinda girl and always use those to help choose our stays. Since we were coming from 5 hours away, I researched for the best prices and best reviews. I wrote pros and cons to narrow it down until I decided on this condo. The last review on this page was from 2024, so I trusted my gut and went for this one. I'm so happy I did! If we ever come back to this area, Phoenix VII will be our first choice!

Clean, Great View

The condo was clean and neat. Plenty of room for a family of 4. Kitchen well stocked with utensils and pots and pans. Air conditioner worked great, showers and refrigerator in great condition. Balcony has a table with 4 chairs, a lounge chair, and two extra plastic chairs. Enjoyed morning coffee and reading a good book out there. We enjoyed dinner at the dining room table together. Living room furniture comfortable, enjoying the view of the beach from the couch relaxing after a day in the sun and sand. The king size bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. We usually do not sleep well when away from home, but this bed and the pillows were probably the best we’ve slept on and we’ve stayed at a Phoenix condo several times. Our kids slept well and considering it was July 4th weekend, it was pretty quiet, lots of families, no craziness. Several restaurants nearby (we used delivery services twice) and the Wharf was a short drive away for shopping and eating. Would stay in this one again.

We enjoyed our stay there. Everything listed on the description was there, plus more. The unit was clean and convenient to everything we were interested in. We enjoyed the conveniently located pool quite a few times. The boardwalk had some features I hadn't seen before, such as a shoe holder so they didn't get sandy, and some reinforced netting for the first several feet on the beach making the walking easier. Several emails were sent, helping with check-in and check-out. I would definitely use this unit again!

Love the property and ease of the entire process, from rental to check in and check out. We booked a little late and arrived very late but had no issues. There are helpful staff always around. The rooms are spacious and everything works. We loved the ocean view from the balcony and the easy access to the beach.

The property was amazing, views were breathtaking, and the beach was heaven. The condo was clean and comfortable, with TVs in every room and all kitchen tools you could think of. The owner even provided beach chairs, an umbrella, pool noodles, boogie boards, and crabbing nets in the patio storage closet. We had a wonderful time, and I would definitely visit the property again!

The condo was comfortable and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well supplied and the location was perfect. The minute we walked in I noticed how clean it was. It had a fresh too , not a strong perfume smell that some hotels have. It was a wonderful two week stay!

Condo was just as described. Very clean and spacious. All furnishings were nice. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked. View from balcony was AWESOME! Easy check-in/out. Perfect location with many restaurant choices within walking distance or a very short drive. Beach was fantastic. Enjoyed watching the dolphins play from the balcony. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything was lovely and clean easy to get to, well equipped with everything. comfortable there were only two complaints the whole week and that was the hot water ran out and not enough channels on the TV. . we would absolutely stay here again it would be awesome if there was a restaurant bar type feature downstairs by the pool! now we want everything thanks for the memories it was fun!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was spacious, clean, well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. I can not say enough about the view! Just stunning! Shower was very clean; loved the double vanities and separation of vanity and bathroom. We are on vacation to relax and enjoy the restaurants in the area, so I can’t speak to the stove/oven other than they were clean; the kitchen was more then enough for snacks/breakfast items, and lunch items. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again in the future.

Great condo. Beds and furniture were comfy. Had all of the amenities that we needed. Great view of the gulf. Pools are lots of fun and just the right temperature. Great location. There were so many choices for restaurants in the area and places to shop for groceries, essentials and souvenirs.

We loved the unit, as it fit our needs perfectly. There were plenty of activities to keep all of us occupied. The racquetball courts were a nice surprise. The facility was close enough to all of the restaurants that it was no problem going out every night.

My husband and I decided to take a last minute trip to the beach...just to relax where we could hear the waves since we knew it would be too cool to get out in the water. The condo was perfect—clean and well-maintained. The kitchen had all the tools we needed for a short stay and everything worked well. We mainly hung out on the balcony, so I can’t advise on the rest of facility. The view was wonderful and we were able to relax—which was our goal.
