This ground floor unit was absolutely amazing. Steps away from the beach and pool. Grassy area for the kids to play. The parking space was also nice and convenient. The condo itself was the perfect amount of space for our family of 5 and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would stay here again!

The condo was very nice, clean, and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Being on the ground floor was a huge bonus—it made it incredibly easy and convenient to access both the pool and the beach without having to deal with stairs or elevators. The location was perfect for a relaxing vacation, and everything we needed was close by. We truly appreciated the ease and comfort this unit provided and would definitely stay here again in the future!

We had a great time at the condo. We've never stayed on the ground level because we like more privacy but this patio was very private and we loved that we could walk to the pool from our room without going to the elevator. The room was decorated well and very clean. Beds were great as well. We will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved staying here! The room was clean, close to the pools and easy access to the beach. Everything you needed was in the condo. We also loved it being on the ground floor and sitting out on the patio. The private parking was also a plus especially having small kids. We look forward to staying here again!

Condo was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Plenty of seating for football watching. First time on the ground floor would not be my first choose but it was all that was available. Could not see the water at all over the dunes. But overall the stay was one of our best. Thank you

Thoroughly enjoyed our trip to this Phoenix and Unit! Ground level was the best! We had a toilet issue but it was taken care of! Everyone we spoke with at Beach Getaways were very helpful, especially Bailey! She has been a great help with all my questions and made this super smooth!

Our stay to no surprise was amazing! The unit was in a very desirable location and if you have a boy for a child then being the on ground level offers unlimited peace of mind. You honestly can't go wrong staying at the Phoenix VII. The condo was in excellent shape and was nicely decorated. We would definitely stay in this unit again. It was clean and offered plenty of space. As always, the staff was exceptional to deal with.

We had a great stay in the Phoenix VII room 016...Great location, easy to get to, no stairs or elevators... Only problem was the satellite went out Friday afternoon and hadn't come back on before we left Sunday... Everything was well stocked and just a wonderful place to stay...
