This is a compact 1 bedroom unit that faces the beach with a delightful view of the beach, the Gulf and of course the dunes. The unit itself is super efficient and even the kitchen has adequate items to cook. There is a washer/dryer and that helped us a great deal! I do wish that they would include beach chair rentals as an option! The absolute only downside is that the bedroom is on the street side and the outdoor light - gives off a subdued rose glow in the bedroom - not so bad that one can't sleep - some might actually find it soothing.

The elevators were fast and well air conditioned. The pool was lovely and very clean. The beach access was a short walk. The condo itself was well decorated and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The patio furniture was comfortable and the perfect height for enjoying the view.

Beach Getaways was amazing to work with. The unit was beautiful and clean! I highly recommend using beach getaways as your go to when it comes to orange beach. They were kind and responsive. Unit 802 had zero issues. The unit was perfect for our small family vacationing from Oklahoma. We were unsure which company or condo to book. Phoenix 6 staff was awesome. The front desk workers were kind no matter the time of day. The security guards were also kind. We loved the entire stay from rental company to room to condo staff.

We absolutely loved our stay and our unit. It was my husband's first trip to Orange Beach and he kept commenting how great everything was, so we are already looking to plan for our trip next year! Really the only hiccup was the balcony maintenance going on that produced a very strong smell at the pool but maintenance has to be done (thankfully not at our unit) and we were aware before our trip - so no biggie! Looking forward to next time!

The condo is right on the beach and close to lots of great places to eat. It was clean and well appointed. We had a wonderful vacation. A BONUS - My wife left some of her favorite clothes in drawers at the condo. She contacted My Beach Getaways who manage the property. They found the clothes a sent the to her right away. Very good customer service.

Great vacation trip!! Usually stay in Destin but I think this our new home. The facility itself was exceptionally clean. Maintenance team was always cleaning and checking the common areas. The unit itself was clean and well maintained. Overall loved the atmosphere. Family friendly, quiet, laid back, relaxing, and not too crowded beach getaway. My husband fell in love with the mattress wished he knew the name of it.

We really liked the floor plan and the ocean view! The condo had all things we needed. The complex was nice, and in warmer weather would have used the outdoor pool. We never needed anything from the front desk. Check in was easy Although they seemed a little unorganized when we were there. The staff seemed like they were making every effort to keep things sanitized, and that is greatly appreciated.

Loved the condo, the building and the people we came in contact with. We didn’t plan on Hurricane Sally! When we go again, we will ask for this same condo! Very clean and safe (COVID-19) and during the hurricane we felt secure. The noise and duration of the wind were scary to us but all was well.
