Overall a great experience! Condo is on 6th floor, perfect for beach views and pool view. Patio space was adequate, inside living space was comfy and plenty of space. Loved having a full size washer and dryer for all the beach towels to easily fit in! Kitchen was well stocked and the fridge was full size so we had plenty of space.

This condo is nice and roomy, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath. Wonderful view of the ocean and we were fortunate the weather was perfect. The condo is VERY clean, which is so important to most of us. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed to cook light meals, coffee, etc. Working with the Beach Getaways reservation team was easy. We added a couple of days, and the transaction was seamless. Will definitely stay again

Perfect end of summer trip

Our family had a great time, they had everything we needed plus some. We had plenty of room, the balcony and the view were wonderful. Condo was clean and well maintained. Even with a little renovation going on with two elevators being down we never had to wait to long. The pools were great and the kids loved them. Short walk to the beach with nozzles to get the sand off on the walk back. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo unit itself was very functional with great views. Exactly what we expected. And the building amenities were exactly what we wanted. Went with two young children who had a blast. Everything was easy. I'd recommend.

This is a very nice property we enjoyed all the amenities. Especially liked the boardwalk cover and path to the beach. Pools and hot tub are very nice also. Condo was excellent and exactly as described.

Clean, comfy, perfect

The condo was more spacious than we expected. The sixth floor was perfect for sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sound of the gulf. Note that visitors will need to get coffee filters and any other disposable items. There were plenty of non-disposable kitchen items like pots, pans (although we didn't cook!), glasses, coffee mugs, etc, but no extra paper towels, toilet paper, that sort of thing. It wasn't a big deal because we were near a store, but others may want to pack and bring.

The price was super reasonable given the location and amenities on the property. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook for a large group. The only critique would be it didn't seem clean-clean, just surface clean. The light switches were dirty and there was hair in various places. Bonus: My daughter left her air pods in the room after we checked out, and Tammy notified me immediately and mailed them off the next day.

We love this condo because the layout fits our needs perfectly. We have rented this unit multiple years and are coming back again next year. This unit is very well equipped with everything we need in the kitchen. Love the new patio table and chairs. We would suggest two newer side chairs and a good deep cleaning. Your costumer service and maintenance is fantastic. We had an air conditioner and toilet issue while visiting and both were fixed promptly. All the people at Beach Getaways are friendly and helpful. We have friends interested in coming to OBA. Do you offer a referral program? Thank you My Beach Getaways for a great visit to OBA. See you next year!

The whole facility was beautiful and well maintained. Our unit was inviting and clean. The views were beautiful! Even though it was early November we swam in the Gulf and enjoyed our time on the beach. We also loved the indoor pool and hot tubs. Let's not forget the Sauna! We had three generations there. We played beach volleyball, basketball, Frisbee, along with board games. The condo provided some games and sand toys. Well appointed kitchen and plenty of room for everyone inside and on the balcony. Highly recommend.

I loved everything about my stay!! The condo exceeded my expectations, it was nice and clean and had a special cozy feel to it. I was very pleased with the location and I was in close proximity to the places I had wanted to visit; such as The Gulf restaurant and the Marina for a dolphin tour and Alabama Point. Shopping for groceries was a cinch as Walmart and Publix were right down the road. I would love to stay again!

Our family enjoyed our stay in Orange Beach. The weather was perfect for this time of year and we had no issues with the condo during our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed for our breakfast and lunch meals (we ate out for dinner). The dining table was the perfect size for the six of us to not only enjoy meals together, but to also enjoy the board and card games we had brought with us. We will definitely consider coming back here next year.

This is a great condo at Orange Beach for our family! We all needed a break from everyday stress and this was it! Beautiful weather and beautiful beach front view! My grandchildren loved the sand, the gulf water and the pool! Very spacious place and very clean and so convenient to everything! Check in and out very easy! Great management and so easy to rent. My family of 5 loved our stay. The unit had plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. We were all able to sit on the balcony together taking in the great views. The beds and furniture were comfortable and clean. There is plenty of seating in the living room for everyone to enjoy a movie together. The kitchen had a good stock of dishes for all our needs. The full size washer and dryer were very helpful after a day on the beach and pool. Overall this was an excellent stay and we would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time and enjoyed the sea side atmosphere. Was amazing to be able to look out to sea from the master bedroom and lounge area. The unit is spacious and very comfortable. Location is great, right next to the ocean and not far from civilization. Unit was clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay and was impressed with all the in room amenities - was lots of pans, knifes, cooking equipment. All the staff were friendly and very helpful

Phenomenal Vistas

Let me first say that from the beginning, from booking to check-in, the entire process was seamless. As we made our way to the 6th floor, the anticipation built, until the door opened to reveal one of the most spectacular vistas we’ve seen of the gulf in our years of staying in either Gulf Shores or Orange Beach. The entire back wall of this unit is glass, revealing the open sky and blue water. Amazing. The unit appeared to be clean. Everything was exactly as advertised. Beds are comfortable for a family of five. Appliances were great. . All in all, a relaxing and restorative time for 2 teachers and 3 teenagers, looking to get away. Thank you!

This is by far the best place I have ever stayed in Orange Beach. Everything we needed was there. The condo is very roomy and has everything. The location is perfect. There is a Walmart Market just up the road and several nice places to eat. I love this condo and will stay here again.

Best Thanksgiving ever

My two daughters, one boyfriend, wife and I spent the Thanksgiving holiday weekend at the condo and it was absolutely awesome! The accommodations were perfect for our needs, including everything we needed to prepare a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner! Weather was also awesome with mild sunny days followed by absolutely beautiful sunsets every evening! Consensus was we may have to make this an annual event!

Great Stay / Hope to Return in the Future

The location was perfect for what we were desiring/expecting. The condo itself and the building as a whole was in good shape. I never had to deal with any staff in the building except to pay for our parking passes and sign in/out for the gym. All of the upfront work was quick and easy and we were kept informed along the way. Having a numeric code access was great. We didn't have to keep up with keys/cards. The overall experience was such that we would certainly return again in the future if/when the opportunity presents itself.

The room was amazing, the view breath taking and the staff was really nice. We had a fantastic time and can't wait to return. The condo was right in the middle of everything so it was very convenient. We were able to do alot in the 4 nights we were there and we appreciate the opportunity to stay. We absolutely can't wait to return!

The unit was very clean and spacious. The bed arrangement was perfect! And that recliner - oh my! It was just perfect for our needs. We liked the fact that it was on the 6th floor. It is high enough to get a full view of the Gulf but a quick few floors on the busy elevators. We will probably try to rent this unit again in the future.

We had 6 children 5 yrs of age & under so we mainly hung out at the pool and the beach. The condo was very nice and we enjoyed the large living/dining area. The view is great from 6th floor!! I would recommend this unit and Phoenix vi to others.

Wonderful Views

The perfect girls' trip destination. Our stay was very comfortable and restful which is exactly what we were hoping for. The pictures within the property description were very accurate. The views from the balcony were wonderful, the beds were all comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the indoor outdoor living spaces were cozy and delightful. There was only one thing we said we wished this condo had, and that was a lounge chair on the balcony. The indoor and outdoor pool areas were very nice. The beach was clean and not crowded at all. We drove to the outlet mall in Foley for some retail therapy and that was about 25 minutes away, but the drive to and from are very easy. We would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at several of the Phoenix condos and rate this unit among the best for families with children. Unlike some units the dining table could seat all 8 of us and the kitchen was the best stocked of any place that we've stayed. The unit was spacious, well arranged and furnished nicely. We will definitely consider staying here again.
