We stayed here in April 2025 for a cheer competition. This was our 4th time in Orange Beach and our second time staying at Phoenix VI. The condo was clean and updated, appliances were nice and new and all working great. We really enjoyed the big balcony at this unit! The only “criticism” I would give is that the bathrooms could use an update. This was the perfect size for our family of 5!

This condo was OUTSTANDING!!! We have stayed in many and this is definitely one of our favorites!! Great location; big balcony; very roomy and a great price. We hope to stay here more in the future. Communication with Beach Getaways was great. They constantly kept us updated on our trip before, during and after. I almost hate to write such a good review because I feel it might be harder to get my family a reservation next time. Again, we could not have had a better stay. Thank you very much!!!

The fact that the beds were elevated enough to store all our luggage and extra crates under the bed was a real plus. It did not feel like the beds were high. I wish all unit had these beds.

Phoenix VI was a great location! Impressed at how easy the check-in process was. I received multiple emails and text before, during and after our stay. We had zero issues but feel like if we had, I would have known whom to contact. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach, the convenience of renting chairs, umbrellas, and paddleboards, the pool was great, we used the grills one day, loved the fans inside to keep floor dry and to dry our feet, the water hoses along the board walk were smart, loved that my kids could log into our streaming apps on the TV. No complaints. We will be back!

This is our second time staying in this unit. It was clean, adequate linens and had everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely book again in the future.

The unit was spacious. Has kitchen pots, pans, dishes and Keurig coffee maker. There were two bathrooms and only had a trash can in one of them. I suggest them getting one for each. The 3 hot tubs were nice. They are all inside. Lots of the same people took the shaded spots at the pool area and stayed there for hours. I feel like they could of been considerate enough to share after a few hours, but that is no fault of the Condo unit. Surfs Up Dolphin Cruise is nearby and the best!! The balcony was great!! We made feiends with the people above us. The tennis courts were nice. We really enjoyed our stay, had an amazing time and hated to leave.

We Loved our stay at Phoenix 6… the location was great… the elevators were fast… the pools were big and not crowded at all… maintenance was very quick to arrive for a non emergent issue! Our only issue the entire time was the decorative pillows in the living area shed feathers and we swept at least twice a day every day we were there ( no biggie) the condo itself was beautiful and well stocked and the master king was super comfortable!

Overall wonderful vacation. Recommend providing more towels for guests and more skillets for cooking meals. Place was clean, well stocked with miscellaneous cooking utensils, storage containers. Grateful for the vacuum and dust pan to maintain sand from beach. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Management company was extremely responsive to our concerns and we were very pleased with how they handled our requests. Had a slight situation with bathroom sink, but a service technician was able to fix it quickly. We also had a coffee maker that was not working properly and the very next morning we had a brand new coffee maker delivered to our room. We were all very happy with the complex. We had plenty of room for three adult couples and the back patio is spacious and comfortable for all of us to share together. The only thing I would recommend is for the complex to invest in upgrading their elevators. The speed of the elevators are very slow even during the slow times of day.

We had an excellent stay in this condo. Very clean and well furnished. Lots of space for our family of 5. We loved the outdoor space on the balcony and that the condo is close to the elevators. Perfect location on the beach and near the restaurants.

Very good experience. Didn't have hot water when we first arrived. I called the number given and someone was at the condo within 1/2 hour to assess. Issue was fixed promptly. Common areas much cleaner than other Phoenix properties we've stated in previous years.

My family and I ( Myself, husband, 3 daughters, 25, 18, 13 and two grandsons,, ages 2 and 1). It was spacious allowing for the kids to play. The pics are exactly what you see. The balcony was spacious and overlooked the outside pools and beach. It was clean and organized. This will definitely be our go-to place to stay when coming back! 308 was a spacious and beautifully decorated condo in a great centrally located area. Even though the weather was rather poor we did not mind spending time indoors. Close to restaurants and some shopping. Indoor pool and jacuzzi was very clean and refreshing.

Having to leave such a beautiful place is the hardest!! Wonderful and friendly accommodations. The beds were very comfy and towels were well stocked. Security and safety were comforting very friendly and safe property. A few little adjustments for a covid trip were worth all the views from the huge balcony with perfect sunrise and sunset views over the ocean. The pool and hottub were great too. Orange Beach is a great place to visit and I would come back and hopefully stay longer!!

1st time in orange Beach Unit 308 was perfect. Everything was great. All rooms up to date. Plenty of room. Really nice condo on the beach.huge balcony. Overlooks the beach. Plenty of restaurants within a couple miles. My family had a wonderful time . looking forward to next time.

We are a family with three teenage children, and we brought two more teens with us on this vacation. Booked at nearly the last minute, I was thrilled just to have a place large enough to accommodate all of us. This location far exceeded my expectations! It was clean, modern, and quiet. We had a room overlooking the pool and the beach, and it was beautiful! I loved that this condo was out of the way of the congested traffic of Gulf Shores, and close to the Gulf Shores Steamer (our favorite restaurant)! We plan on booking this condo again for future stays. Highly recommend!
