The room was very clean and plenty of space for me, my husband and daughter! It was exactly as the pictures showed. We brought our 3 year old daughter for her first beach trip and she loved the room, the view, the pool and splash pad. We were at the very top so we could see everything. From the time we arrived to the time we left, the entire process was simple and easy. We will definitely book this room again.

Arrived Tuesday afternoon. Most of our time was just spent on the balcony or in the living room with the balcony door open. The waves sounded so peaceful and relaxing. The condo was perfect for us!

We had an amazing time at our condo and Orange Beach during our stay! Everything was in great condition and met our expectations. The only negative thing I would mention is the condo had a strong mildew smell when you walked inside from the front door. I don't know if it's from the living room rug or from somewhere else. Also, it would have been nice if parking and beach chairs came with the condo, instead of an additional cost. This was our first time staying somewhere that wasn't included. Other than those things, we don't have any complaints. Thank you Beach Getaways & Phoenix V for an amazing beach trip!!

This is our second time staying at Phoenix 5, first time in this unit. Perfect location, right on the beach, great balcony overlooking the beach and water. The condo was clean, well-stocked and nicely decorated. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful with a great view

Great location and great vacation. View from the 15th floor was incredible. As we get older it was great that we could get to the beach with no stairs. Elevators worked great and the Phoenix V was very nice. Very comfortable condo but the view stole the show. Will definitely try to get the same unit again.

We enjoyed our stay from Wednesday April 26-April 29. We actually checked out a day early due to a second day of inclement weather conditions. The room was comfortable and large enough for the two of us. The view was AMAZING and exactly what we hoped for by choosing a room on the top floor. We had a slow draining shower but I reached out to Beach Getaways and their Maintenance Tech had it unclogged right away. Overall, a great experience.

Love the Condo

We love Orange Beach. Condo was great. Views from the balcony are amazing. There is still ongoing construction on the balconies which was noisy during the day. We were told by one of the owners that it should be done by the end of this month (March 2023). It is of course necessary repairs for safety but was a little problematic for us because my son has autism and is sensitive to noise, but overall he adapted well and it won't deter us from visiting this same condo again when the construction is done.

Right on the beach. Great location. We have two little kids and the indoor/outdoor pool and splash pad were great additions. Condo was clean and having the pull out couch was great for our two kids. Lots of restaurants around us so didn't have to drive far if we were going out to eat.

This has got to be one of the best beach vacations I have been on. This was our first vacation as a family. We brought our daughters and we had an exceptional time. The condo was perfect! It was beyond clean, the beach was right there and we had a great view. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and the pools were very nice! Our daughters also loved the splash park. Everything was fairly close so we were never in the car for longer than 15 minutes. I would recommend this place to everyone. We will definitely be coming back! The only thing I would recommend is a pen in the condo to write in the guest book i couldn't find one so we never got to write about our stay! and lights on the splash pad it was a little difficult to keep track of the kids in the dark! but it was an absolutely 10/10. we are beyond satisfied.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Phoenix V. We've stayed at the Phoenix East units in the past so this is the first time for the V. The unit was clean and fully stocked. It was so peaceful and relaxing on the 15th floor. We're definitely coming back and will try to book this unit.

Everything at the condo was great.It was very clean and comfortable and had a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Check in was easy and fast and carts for our suitcases were readily available.
