The condo was beautiful! Great views! Great location! Once we parked, we left our car in the garage for our entire trip. We could walk across the street for food and drinks. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom (towels).

Unit was clean and the best thing was they had fast elevators! We have stayed in condos before where we would have to wait 20 - 30 minutes for an elevator on check in and check out days. Pool and beach were never overcrowded.

The condo is in a very good location and very nice and spacious. The full size washer and dryer is a great plus. The kitchen is fully stocked with necessities for cooking and the view is beautiful.

We had a fantastic time. The condo was very clean and in a great location. Quiet on the inside and outside you could hear a hint of live music which was wonderful since it wasn't loud. The view in 1514 was amazing. Condo had everything for our needs. We checked in with the front to get our parking pass and then did not need to speak with anyone our entire trip. Used the code, entered, had our vacation, locked up and left. Just how we like it! Thanks so much!!

Everything from the service, communication, condition of the unit, proximity to other venues, cleanliness, beach service was indeed "top notch". This experience has brought me back to Orange Beach, says a former patriot of Navarre Beach. Highly recommend Beach Getaways.

Another Very Pleasant Stay with Beach Getaways Property

We had another wonderful 6+ week stay in a Phoenix X property managed by Beach Getaway. The property seemed extra clean this year when we arrived. All necessities were in place, and we found that a new refrigerator had been installed since last year which was needed and welcome. The arrival instructions from Beach Getaway were timely and helpful. Our request for additional wine glasses and silverware were handled expeditiously and with a smile. We dropped in to the Beach Getaway office to reserve for next year and it was a very pleasant experience (except for the limited parking at the office). The staff greeted us promptly on entering and were very helpful, efficient and welcoming. The weather this year was so-so, but, hey, I didn't have to shovel the precip. Looking forward to visiting the same unit next year.

I loved everything about this property. It was comfortable, clean, and the location was great. My only regret is not knowing that booking on VRBO would cost me more and result in needing to pay for parking. If you book the property through the Beach Getaways website, it is less.

Very nice location on top floor. Nice and quiet. Nice layout, spacious. Kitchen well appointed. Nice touch with ice trays in the freezer for extra ice. Not easy to plug accessories in to the TV - if you want to watch something from a device you need to cast to the screen. Updated feel and nice furniture. Very easy access to the beach. Would rent again.

This was an exceptional condo. Everything was perfect! Every room was a showcase. Modern furniture. Bathrooms were very stylish. Kitchen had updated appliances and furnished very well. Awesome views of the Gulf! Love the chairs on the balcony. Awesome place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Phoenix 10 unit 1514. The unit was clean and very comfortable, we felt at home during our stay. The owner had everything we could need for our first night including toiletries and cleaning supplies. There were thoughtful touches too like two luggage racks and even a nightlight! The unit has a great view and is perfectly positioned between the elevator near the garage and the main elevator which leads to the lobby and beach access. The Phoenix is located near restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great Spring Break

Enjoyed a week of beach and family time. Brought my grown children down for Spring Break and some relaxation. 6 adults were comfortable, and had plenty of room. The condo was clean, well furnished and had everything we needed to cook meals, do laundry etc. Being on the top floor meant no noise, and fantastic views. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins playing in the Gulf. If you don't want to have to rent beach chairs, which are pricey, bring your own, and beach towels too. We hope to return again very soon!

We were very pleased with our stay, condo was clean, mattresses were good, nicely updated bathrooms and kitchen. The view from this “penthouse” was awesome. Great location, restaurants, bars, were plentiful. Too cold to swim, but pool/ocean looked very inviting.

All week long we were looking forward to coming to Phoenix X since this would be our 3rd year and the forecast was 90% all 4 days, mostly I think because of Hurricane Harvey a couple of days away from making landfall. We got in late, the code worked the first time and it helped it was easy to remember. It looked exactly like it did on the website, beautiful! The booking process for the room was very easy. Normally we go through [another rental company] but their prices just weren't coming down at all. We got a great rate and a great room and the whole experience was awesome! We will definitely be using Beach Getaways again next year!

The only problem we had was the traffic. The road merges from 2 lanes to 1 right in front of the Phoenix 10, and lots of people are also trying to turn left into the Flora-Bama parking at the same point. We might sit in dead stopped traffic 10-20 minutes before we could get to the turn in to the Phoenix 10. This was probably even worse because of the holiday weekend. But the unit was lovely, my kids loved the pools, beach access was great, the workout room was good.

Had business in Mobile and love the beach. Mixed both and had a great visit.
This is the perfect location, a little quieter than Gulf Shore. Also, directly next to Flora-Bama and you can walk to/from it.
