Perdido Key is the perfect quiet and family-friendly beach town. It offers wildlife viewing at the beautiful Johnson Beach National Seashore state park, as well as multiple hiking trails and historic landmarks. There are so many adventures to choose from such as; fishing charters to take you to the best spots only locals know about, and don't forget to try one of the Dolphin cruises to experience the open water in a way you will most certainly never forget. This condo is absolutely stunning! You don't just have one view from one balcony...you have an amazing view from the beachfront balcony that also wraps around the side so you can see Perdido Key (awesome to see the city lights at night), and there is also another wrap-around balcony off the second master suite that faces the bay! It was stocked well, had plenty of space, and overall was amazing!

We had a fantastic stay at this oceanside condo! The views are absolutely breathtaking! And waking up to the sound of the waves and seeing the ocean right from the balcony was the highlight of our trip. The unit itself is immaculate and very well-maintained. We were impressed by how much space there was; it felt open, airy, and never crowded with our two families staying there. The amenities really set this place apart. We spent plenty of time enjoying the pool area, and having both a heated pool and a hot tub made for a perfect, relaxing evening after a day at the beach. The grill area was a special bonus for dinners with the group. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a clean, spacious getaway with top-tier facilities!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at that Palacio. Our condo was clean and was very comfortable. We had great views of the beach and the Ocean from the balcony. Beautiful sunset view as well. We will definitely be back!!

No Better View

The month of February in the Gulf Shore area can bring such a variety of weather--- and 2026 was no exception. Even when the weather was a bit (or a lot) windy, or cool or drizzly... who care's when you have the view provided in this unit? Stellar views to the south, the west and the north. Day or night, the views were fascinating. The three bedrooms offered lots of space and a variety of sleeping options for our family. BeachGetaways has mastered customer service processes before, during and after the visit!!

The condo 1706 was wonderful! Spacious, great view, and clean.We were able to prepare some meals in with needed items in kitchen. One recommendation would be to include grab bars in shower in master suite for older visitors. Graciously decorated in sea side theme.Windows throughout provided a great view of land and sea! We could watch blue angels practice from fron side balcony.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo and view were amazing. My only complaint is the umbrella and chair remtal company setting up their umbrellas and chairs at 5am right on the front row by the water. Taking up all the front row spots from one side to the other. Leaving the guest to set up behind all.the black umbrellas with no view of the water. Not good for families with kids playing by the water.besides that everythingelse was perfect. I would definitely recommend amd return

Our family was so pleased with this beach condo! Love being on a high floor. The building was so nicely maintained and there was always staff around cleaning. The pool was a delight and the walkway out to the beach was new and well maintained. The room itself was very clean and provided a great setting for our family to enjoy our beach vacation.

The condo was very true to the pictures provided and the views from every window wowed everyone in our group. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. The overall condo was very well kept up and we were comfortable for our entire stay. The overall building was well maintained, the elevators were spacious, and there was always staff around the building keepings things tidy. Everything was easy to access and the information provided prior to check in was clear and easy to access. I also loved booking my beach chair online in advance of our stay. I wouldn't hesitate to book this unit again for a future trip and recommending to others!

Great views from every window. Clean condo with a well stocked kitchen. Everything was straightforward: beach access, parking, location, door code, check-in/out. Beach Getaways had great communication, but also let you have your space.

The condo was perfect for our family. The beach access was lovely, the pools were a great size, the condo was decorated nicely. We would have loved to have a pan to make some pancakes, but other than that found the kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed this location!

Beautiful Condo right on the beach

The condo is very well laid out, with two en-suites at either end and a central bedroom with bunkbeds. It would be suitable for two families with up to 4 kids to share. It is not for those afraid of heights, being on the 17th floor. However the pools are nice, and it is right on the beach. Overall we have a very pleasant stay. Do remember your beach towels, as there were none in the unit.
