Perdido Key is just across the Alabama-Florida state line and offers you a quieter, family friendly area of the Gulf Coast for your next Getaway! Just a short walk from the world famous Flora-Bama. Boat owners will find 2 Docks and On-Site Trailer Storage (boat slips available on a first come first serve basis). Area activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

Beautiful condo with the best location. The community was beautifully located on the beach and walkable to the Flor Bama and Ice Cream shop. Since it was in between the action it was very quiet and peaceful and felt very residential unlike the larger condo buildings. The view from the balcony was beautiful overlooking the manicured landscape, pool and ocean. We loved watching the sunrise and the sunsets. The unit itself was designed nicely and had everything we needed (except a can opener). We were comfortable and very pleased with the entire stay! Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Family Stay

This condo was wonderful. So clean, tidy & fresh! We were very excited about the location and amenities. The pool is great & beach was just as you would hope. The rooms were good size and the living/kitchen flowed well. The kitchen was spotless. The only two complaints we had….there was no deadbolt on the door so for safety concerns and traveling with young kids we didn't love that. The beds also squeak really bad when you move at night which was hard to sleep through sometimes. Overall I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back with my family.

Perdido Key

We loved this condo! The location was great, a little quieter than being at Orange Beach. We are a family of 8 and felt like we had plenty of space but the best part is the balcony…roomy enough for us, has an amazing view, and we could still get sun! Beach and pool are beautiful! Overall it was very clean, we just felt like its time for new rugs throughout the condo and a laundry basket for each bedroom would be great (but those are minor things). We have stayed in many condos but this one was definitely one of our favorites due to the size, view, location. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing trip

Very impressed with how well kept this complex is. We loved being ao cloae to the pool anf beach walk. Very clean and easy to access. Ww also ventured across the street to the river side and it was just as nice. Great unit on 3rd floor with nice large balcony. Master bedroom has the best view ever with large windows looking directly over gulf and pool. A short walk to flora bama, which we made on afternoon and sat to play bingo. Lots of fun. Also close driving distance to many great restaurants but not in the middle of all the super high rise congestion. We will definitely choose Needlerush again for future trips and most definitely use Beach getaways for bookings. They actually delivered what they promised. Never had that experience with the other large popular well know booking sites.

Needs just a little work

This unit was great - great location, great view, great decor, great appliances and well furnished. The biggest problem was the bed in master bedroom was so noisy (every movement caused a loud squeaking and crunching) and sleeping was difficult. We did see a couple of bugs in bathroom so you may need to spray. We had problems with main dining room light - maintenance was quick to respond but we still had issues with flickering lights. It Took us a couple days to figure out the tv but that's on us. Unit lacks elevator but we knew that going in and 2 flight only bothered us when loading and unloading. The pool was wonderful, beach access was great and we liked the fact that there was bay access also. Overall we loved Needle Rush Point and would stay in same unit if bed was fixed (it was a queen size bed). The reservation was easy and communication with Beach Getaways was great. We actually loved that it wasn't a high rise.

We have been coming to Perdido Key for the last 3 years. We enjoyed the relax feel of this location. Still walking distance to Flora-Bama. Pool was nice and tennis courts were a plus. The beds in the unit are extremely comfortable! Loved being able to open the windows and hearing the ocean waves. Will come back!

We loved needle rush point. The room had a spectacular view of the gulf, overlooked the pool all from a very spacious deck. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and convenience stores. Check in and out super easy.

Great Stay at the Beach

We had a great, relaxing stay! Needle Rush Point is lovely and low density, and this condo is comfortable and well appointed. The beds were comfortable (queen in the master), and having both a queen and double in the second bedroom was very helpful for getting the whole family there. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. The in unit washer and dryer is very convenient. And the living room had plenty of comfortable seating for the family on the rainy days. We loved this place and would happily return if it is available during future trips!

Did you have a good overall stay? - yes. We definitely enjoyed our time in Perdido Key. Was the condo/house in a great location? - yes. The location was really great. Having the beach right there was so nice! Was the home clean and in good shape? - yes. The home was in good shape. The housekeeping was overall very acceptable. The kitchen was well stocked for making meals. The bathrooms stocked with linens and necessities. Was the rental management staff helpful? - yes. We initially had an issue with the Wi-Fi, and they responded immediately.

Love staying here, my second year.

My family had a great vacation! Needle Rush C35 was exactly what we needed…close to the beach, access to a great pool, and great places to eat! Our unit was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable! It was easy to book with no problems! Check-in and check-out were so easy without having to stop at an office to get or leave a key! We have been coming to Needle Rush for many years, and we will be back again next year! Thanks for a great time!!

Incredible ocean view

We enjoyed our month long stay here. We liked the fact that it was not a high rise building or crowded. We had a perfect view on the 3rd floor over the sand dunes to the ocean and beautiful white sand beaches. We enjoyed many hours sitting on the deck watching for dolphins. The property is well maintained, as well as the gardens. The weather was cool so we did not use the pool, but it was clean and attended to. The condo was as pictured, the kitchen had everything you needed to make your meals. The only concern was the couch in the living room which was uncomfortable. The complex is within walking distance to Flora Bama Lounge and we were able to enjoy drives to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, as well as Perdido Key and Pensacola in Florida.
