- Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
- Parking passes for the July 4th & Blue Angels Week holidays are $150 each and will be charged after booking. There is a limit of 1 parking pass available during peak seasons including; July 4th & Blue Angels week.
