My family of 7 had the best time here for their first ocean vacation! The condo was very clean and kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to cook at the condo. They also supply plenty of games to play in case you're caught in a rainy day. We will definitely be booking here again!

We can't say enough good things about our stay at Edgewater West 44. One of the cleanest VRBO rentals we have ever stayed at. Everything is brand new and immaculate. The beds and linens are very comfortable and the view is amazing. We really liked the large picture windows that you could open from the top and still hear the ocean waves crash like you would if you were on a balcony.

We really enjoyed your beautiful condo. It had everything we needed. We usually try to come down each February to just get a break after the holidays. We have stayed in several different condos but this was our favorite. Your rental company, Beach Getaways is excellent. They provided all information needed and checked on us during our stay. We stayed 9 nights 4 nights just my wife and I. And the remaining time with our daughter and son in law and kids. We enjoyed our early morning sunrises from the beautiful windows. Even saw several Dolphins. The beds were fantastic I really meant to check the name brand. Thank you for allowing us to use your home at the beach. Looking forward to returning here soon.

This is such a lovely condo with all the comforts of home. The king bed is incredibly comfortable and the other furnishings are simply beautiful. I thought we might miss not having a balcony, but once I realized the top windows opened, it was absolutely perfect. Loved the mornings watching dolphins and the evening sunsets. The location is great with many places nearby. I would recommend this home away from home to anyone looking for a spacious place to enjoy this gorgeous beach and all its glory.

Everything was wonderful for our stay! The unit was very clean, comfortable, and steps from the beach! Loved early morning walks along the beach and the view from the windows of the condo. Did not miss a balcony because you could open the window and hear the waves! Easy check-in and check out. Overall a great getaway!

The condo was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. They even provided toys for the kids to play in the sand with also had Disney plus account so it was great for the kids to watch. The check in and out was simple also. I can't complain they covered everything.. Great condo to stay at!! Ohh and the view from the living room was awesome , you open the windows and the sounds of the ocean just echoed through the condo!! You will not be disappointed!!

The condo was nice, newly remodeled and clean. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and dinnerware. Fridge was nice and big. Beds were comfortable enough and had elevating head which was a nice touch. The only thing we missed was a patio, but it was arranged to be able to sit and look outside at the water and beach, so that was nice. Overall, a good place to stay. The property is currently undergoing maintenance, so I suspect it will only get better.

The view was fantastic. Enjoyed watching the people on the beach. The furniture in the condo was very comfortable, and the condo itself was very well maintained. Would recommend this place to our friends, and we would book the condo again ourselves. The condo was close to lots of restaurants and shops. Loved it.

Unit 44 was spacious, clean, modern and the windows are priceless. I was worried about having windows vs a balcony but no regrets as you could see the beautiful beach constantly and they opened so could hear the waves. Saw dolphins multiple times a week, daily beach walks, easy drives to everything - perfect! The overall complex was clean and well kept up…their cleaning lady was thorough with keeping everything top notch giving attention to windows, the grill, pool chairs along with the normal stuff. I would highly recommend this unit.
