Cottage is clean, kitchen is well stocked, beds & linens are comfortable, a/c is great! Location is across a busy street from the beach, but it’s easy access. Communication with Beach Getaways is very good.

Winter Get Away

My family stayed here last weekend for a quick January getaway, and it ended up being exactly what we needed. Even without the summer amenities in play, the place really shines. The unit was clean, warm, and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. The layout worked well with three bedroom (plus a bunkbed nook) and four full bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and modern, so we cooked all of our meals and enjoyed quiet dinners inside. The living room was cozy, and the balcony was still a highlight, even in cooler weather. What really made the stay was the location and the peaceful off season vibe. Being so close to the beach meant we could walk over anytime, even just to stroll and enjoy the scenery without crowds. Gulf State Park nearby was perfect for our afternoons. While we did not use the pool or other warm weather amenities, we never felt like we were missing out. The area was quiet, parking was easy, and everything felt relaxed and low key. If you are looking for a comfortable, well located place for a winter beach trip where you can unplug and slow down, this is a great choice.

LOVED the Cottage!!!! Perfect location. We love Gulf State Park and you are next door. We rode over there 2times a day. The cottage was roomy, clean, and beautifully decorated. We will rent here again. Love this house.

Wonderful Experience

This was our first time vacationing to Gulf Shores! We heard nothing, but great things from our friends before arriving and must say we were very pleased. The house we rented was in the perfect location - literally right across the street from the beach - less than a 5 to 8 minute walk, a pool on-site, and the house was just adorable! We had plenty of space for our family of five! The reservation process from the start was simple, to arriving, and checking out. We ran into one small issue with the dishwasher leaking, called maintenance and the technician literally arrived within 10 minutes. He was very respectful and helped us with the issue within minutes. Highly recommend this rental and rental company! We will definitely be returning next year!

We loved our time in this house. The interior was spacious and new and so lovely. We were able to walk to the beach after we crossed the street. It was about a 4 minute walk. We were close to all the entertainment and my son loved the pool. We will be trying one of the other properties soon.

Beautiful property in a terrific location. The very short walk across the highway and to the beach is super convenient. My family has always stayed directly on the beach, so this was my only concern- but it turned out to be great! The beach in this area was pleasantly NOT as packed as condo areas we've stayed at in the past. Parking can be a big tricky with larger vehicles as it's a bit tight and somewhat tough to pull in. We would definitely recommend this property! So delightfully decorated, comfortable beds and great amenities.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay in this unit. The location and views were incredible. The convenience to the beach access was a plus with our grandchildren and all the “stuff” that we needed to take with us each day. Great New Build

This house was very nice, new construction with a good location right off of the highway. You could see the pier and the ocean from a distance on one side and a State Park on the other from the deck that had chairs and was great for relaxing (although did have the traffic noise). Bedrooms were all good sized, bright and airy, perfect for a beach house, and nicely decorated with comfortable beds. The open floor plan on the main level was great for our family of six for relaxing and playing games in the evening at the dining table with March Madness playing on the tv in the living room. Having the covered parking was nice for unpacking/packing our car. We really appreciated having starting basic amenities upon our arrival, something not always afforded. We did stop at Wal-Mart on our way into town and picked up incidentals and food to have during our stay. We did not use the pool, as it was too cold during our visit. The beach access is right across the street, just as described. My only suggestion would be the addition of a grill, that some other neighboring homes did have. However, there are plenty of great eating options all around Gulf Shores and we did cook in the well appointed kitchen, so we definitely didn't go hungry. This was a great house, very clean and well kept.

This property felt like home away from home. Clean, beautifully decorated. All this house lacked was outside shower and had low water pressure. With that being said I would stay again. Very friendly staff.
