We had a nice week at a nice house

This was a very clean home. The guests before us seemed to have been big party-ers, as evidenced by the trash by the curb, but the inside of the house was great. The beds and pillows were comfortable. My husband and I stayed in the room on the third floor. It was convenient having the washer and dryer right outside our room. I set up my computer at the desk and chair in the living room outside the room and there was a screened in patio up there off the third floor too. The girls could call for a tram and get taken to the seacrest beach access. The house came with rental bikes in good condition. The wrist bands you wear to get access to the Seacrest Beach Village amenities were there for us on the kitchen table. We didn't have to check in at the seacrest beach pool. On the kitchen table were also the remote buttons for the gates. The house was convenient to Hwy 98 and we didn't have to use the busy 30A unless we wanted to. With this house being one of two at the end of the cul de sac it was nice and quiet. Although on our last night, a group of college age students arrived at the next door house and we could smell a skunk-like smell that may not have been entirely legal in the state of Florida. We mostly ate out and did not use the kitchen to cook. So I can't speak to how well stocked the kitchen was. I brought a small roll of trash bags and a few rolls of toilet paper. There was plenty of dishwashing detergent. I brought some sheets for the laundry detergent and didn't have to use the two laundry pods they had provided for us. The door to the pool has an alarm that works very well. The outdoor shower by the pool has hot water which felt like a luxury compared to other places we stayed in the past. The first night there, the girls realized the outlets on the second floor didn't work and I emailed the management company and a maintenance man showed up and found the breaker box outside, needed a ladder to access it, and we were back in business. They were quick to reply and help out with that.

We had an amazing stay for my bachelorette weekend! The house was clean, beautiful, and in the perfect location between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. It was easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach, and the home had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing trip. We would definitely stay here again!

This property is nestled in a small gated neighborhood with community pool.. very quiet but close to Inlet beach public beach access and you can ride your bikes to Rosemary and Alyse beach (the town). 4 bikes provided to use with stay. The house is clean and has everything you need to stay.

Was exactly as stated! Clean, great set up with shampoo etc. great community pool and the location was nestled away but close to everything…could ride your bike to Alyse, Seaside and Rosemary ( the town) and a quick car ride to Inlet to the public beach. We will stay again

This is such a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean upon arrival. But I deducted one star because it could use some repairs (dings in the walls that need patched/painted, caulking that needed replaced, etc). We had a question and a request which we contacted Beach Getaways about, and we received a prompt response. By far the best management company we've dealt with in all of our vacation rentals. We wouldn't hesitate to book here again in the future!

We've been visiting Seacrest for several years during fall break, and Hidden Tides has become our favorite beach house! The kids loved the heated pool, and we absolutely loved everything about the home. Our only suggestion would be to add a few more baking dishes and mixing bowls, but otherwise, it was an incredible week. Highly recommend!

This home is perfect for a large group of people. Plenty of space and extremely clean! We loved the small pool/ hot tub in the backyard and how easy we could get to restaurants, shops, bars, etc. would highly recommend!

Home is in a new neighborhood, has everything you need for your stay. Location off 98 means you can get around much faster than being stuck off 30A with all the traffic. About 30 minutes to PCB and a grocery store is 5 minutes away. We loved the hot tub at the house. Can't go wrong with this property.

This home is BEAUTIFUL and looks exactly like the pictures. If you are looking for a place for your next family vacation, book this location. Property was very clean and smelled new upon walking through the doors. Plenty of space and room to spread out. Can't say enough about how nice the home is decorated; the owners took into consideration everything that it would take to make a vacation stress free and relaxing. The plunge pool was larger than expected and our kids really enjoyed it. House is located near shopping, restaurants, Publix and the beach. We decided not to use the tram that was available to take us to the beach but we wanted to drive. The nearest Public Beach Access was about 3 minutes away at Inlet Beach (located just past Shades restaurant). Ample parking and bathrooms. Beach was absolutely stunning - seeing the sunset is a must see! If you are looking for great coffee and breakfast, be sure to stop by Canopy Road Cafe located right up the street at 30 Avenue. With that being said, don't wait on booking this home - you will not regret it.

House was absolutely beautiful and very clean. Everything was exactly how the photos show. Very spacious and could comfortably accommodate our family. It is in a very nice neighborhood which is just a short bike ride or walk to the main street in Rosemary/Alys Beach. Would highly recommend!

Great Stay!

This property was clean, well maintained, and came with a great set of instructions. The teens loved the bikes and used them as their mode of transportation for the entire trip. We took the tram to and from the beach everyday. The tram stop is close by and located at the pool which was nice. The neighborhood has some construction going on, but wasn't close by this house. I really enjoyed the stay and hope to visit again!

Our family has never been to the 30A beach area before so we booked Hidden Tides unsure of the location. We were pleasantly surprised how convenient Hidden Tides was to downtown Rosemary, Seacrest Beach and the many restaurants within walking distance or short drive. The house itself was perfect for our small family and we were very pleased with how clean and comfortable the stay was. Hidden Tides was a perfect location for our family over the last week. It’s secluded from the bustle of 30A but a short walk or bike ride to all the excitement. We used the house bikes daily to visit various beaches and restaurants. Much easier than trying to find parking! There was also easy access to Highway 98 with a Publix just minutes away. The house itself was clean, comfortable and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were wonderful. Everyone raved how comfy the beds were and we had plenty of provided towels and shampoo/conditioner. We used both the heat and air conditioning as the outside temperatures moved dramatically and the house heated and cooled quickly. We didn’t get a chance to use the new plunge pool but it looks like a great spot to relax after a day at the beach. The neighborhood is still being built out but we didn’t notice any noise. Thanks for a great stay! We hope to be back next year!

Our small family really enjoyed this beautiful home. It was super clean and comfortable. After a long, hot day at the beach...it was nice to come back to a quiet oasis to relax and chill. The neighborhood pool was a block away and was really nice. The home is in a gated area, so we felt really safe and secure. The beds are comfortable; bathrooms are nice. The kitchen was nice with high-end cooking utensils to prepare meals for the family. I highly recommend this property.
