Everyone was so accommodating when we checked in. The only reason we had to have human contact, was to pick up our parking pass. Cheyenne (spelling may be off) was very courteous and helpful. The security staff were on the ball. It was a very safe environment. The resort was very clean. The walkway to the beach had several hoses to rinse your feet, not just the usual 1. For those of us with knee issues, the extended tarp on the sand really helped. The pools were nice.

Beachy Keen Unit & Rental Company

I was very impressed w/ Unit 215. No musty smell like in some of the Phoenix's. Great kitchen reno & the furniture & fixins were quality & well maintained. Beachy plaques caught your eye, as did the overall cleanliness of the place. Location is right on beach, but the dunes are very high & u can't see beach from pool area. We could, however, see the beach/Gulf from this 2nd floor unit, but it was far! Could not hear the waves, but COULD hear the pool pump. That would be my only complaint. That & you have to pay $55 for a parking pass....& it's outside in the sun. Beach is wide w/ gorgeous white sand...it's a decent trek, but doable even if outta shape like me. Just go slow. There's a long mat at the end of the pier leading to the beach that makes the 1st part of your sand trek MUCH easier. Can roll walkers, wheelchairs or wagons part of the way down to beach. Beach was crowded but everyone friendly. Except maybe desk clerk since we were not renting from Brett Robinson & had Beach Getaways instead. THEY, Beach Getaways, were an absolute pleasure to deal with!!!! Really looked out for our needs from the moment we booked.

This condo was in a perfect location. It was very comfortable, clean and well decorated. The kitchen was updated and had everything we needed. The view of the gulf from the balcony was unobstructed and we were close enough we could hear the waves. The indoor and outdoor pools were great. We had a cable issue and received immediate help. The location was excellent, right on the beach, our condo was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We had a problem with the cable and received immediate service and the problem was taken care of in a timely manner. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with an unobstructed view and when we weren't on the beach, we were by the pool. We would definitely book here again.

The condo is well furnished and decorated. We only used the king bed in the master and it was very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and efficient. The view to the Gulf was beautiful. We took a chance when selecting Orange Beach and Phoenix VII as we knew nothing about the area. Our condo was awesome- clean, well stocked, comfortable, great location and views. Couldn’t have asked for a better property. We will definitely be back. We ended up extending our one week into two this trip because we loved it so much. The rental staff was great to work with as well.

We had a great time staying here in 215. We loved being close to the stairs for quick access to our car and going to the pool/beach. The beds slept great! Kitchen was well stocked with all cooking essentials. Very clean and nicely decorated. I highly recommend staying here!
