- No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
- Pets are NOT allowed.
- Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
- Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
- The owner has added the bonus of a designated parking spot for this condo in the covered garage with easy access to the elevators. You will still be required to get a parking pass. You will receive a link to pre-purchase parking passes one week prior to arrival, or you may purchase them at the front desk (limit of 2).
